May it be BSKE or General Elections (National) dapat pantay na igalang ng Kongreso ang Republic Act No. 12232 isang batas na umiiral na sila lang din naman ang nagpasa, at ang bawat karapatan nating mga Pilipino na pumili ng kanilang mga lider.

Igalang din ang mga naunang ruling ng Supreme Court PH hinggil sa mga nakaraang postponement sa Barangay at SK elections.
