๐Ÿ€P**O CHEESE ALA GOLDILOCKS
RECIPE ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹

Ingredients for Batter
4 cups All purpose Flour
2 cup white sugar
4 tbsp baking powder
4 small sachet 33 g powdered milk
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp vanilla
1/2 cup oil/melted butter/margarine
3 cups water
4 small eggs or 2 large egg
Strips of Cheese

Procedure
1. Grease mould with melted butter or cooking oil.
2. In a bowl combine flour, sugar and baking powder. Mix. In another bowl combine egg, evaporated milk, melted butter or vegetable oil, vanilla and water. Mix well.
3. Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients. Mix until free of lumps. Pour p**o mixture about 3/4 of the mould. Arrange p**o moulds in the steamer and put strips of cheese in each p**o mixture.
4. Put cheese on top before steaming if youโ€™re using regular cheese so it will have more time to melt a bit while steaming. If youโ€™re using quickmelt cheese put cheese over the p**o after it cooked and steam it for another 2 minute.
5. Cover and steam for 10- 12 minutes over low heat. Wrap lid with cotton cloth to avoid water dripping over the p**o. Let it cool before removing from the mold.

1 kilo Glutinuous Rice (Malagkit)
1 liter coconut milk
3 stalks pandan leaves
Classic Biko
1/2 Cooked Glutinuous Rice
1 cup Coconut cream
1 cup brown sugar
2 stalks pandan leaves
Ube Biko
1/2 Cooked Glutinuous Rice

5 medium sized eggs

UBE MALAGKIT TURON with cheese

Ingredients;
3/4 Kilo Malagkit Bigas
1 1/2 Cups Sugar Brown
6 Cups Gata
2 Tbsp Ube flavor food Color
4 pcs Pandan Leaves
Lumpia Wrapper
Ube Condensed Milk
slice cheese (pahaba) Oil for frying

Paano gawin:
1,Sa Isang malinis na kaldero ibuhos ang malagkit na bigas hugasan ng dalawang beses pagkatapos hugasan ibuhos na ang gata,asukal,at ube flavor food color ilagay na rin ang pandan leaves
2,Isalang at isaing ito hanggang sa maluto
3,Kapag luto na palamigin muna ito, kapag malamig na gamit ang lumpia wrapper balutin ito sa gusto mong laki at haba,at lagyan ng slice cheese sa gitna.
4,After balutin iprito na ito hanggang sa mag golden brown hanguin patuluin maayos ang mantika
5,Para mas masarap lagyan ito sa ibabaw ng ube flavor condensed milk .

P**O PAO RECIPE ๐Ÿ˜‰

For Batter
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup white sugar
2 Tbsp baking powder
11/2 cups water (adjust if needed)
1/2 cup powdered milk
2 large eggs
2 Tbsp melted butter
Pinch of iodized salt

For Asado Filling
2 tablespoons cooking oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion
1/4 kl ground pork
1/4 cup water
1 Tbsp white sugar
1 tsp cornstarch
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 Tosp oyster sauce
1 piece laurel leaf
3 pcs star anise

For toppings salted egg, cheese, and asado P**o mixture

1. In a mixing bowl mix all together the dry and wet ingredients whisk until well combined

2. Strain to make the batter smooth

3. Set aside.

For Asado Filling;

1. Saute garlic and onion followed by ground meat and other ingredients

2. Pakuluin until maluto ang ground pork at medyo lumapot ang sauce in low heat lang. (Slow cook)

3. Kapag luto na ang filling magpakulo na ng tubig sa steamer.

4. Magsalin ng p**o mixture sa molder.

5. Maglagay ng kulang kalahating molder then lagay ng filling at mglagay ulit ng p**o mixture para matakpan ng filling at maglagay ulit Ng illang Asado filling sa top.

(Tantsahin ang pag lalagay ng p**o mixture para sa pag lalagay ng filling pati mixture para di umapaw)
6. Steam for 15-17 minutes in medium heat. To make sure na luto na do a toothpick test and if its comes out clean luto na ang p**o pao.ccto

๐Ÿ“Œ1/2 kilo Sili panG sigang
๐Ÿ“Œ1/2 kilo ground pork
๐Ÿ“Œ4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
๐Ÿ“Œ1 cup green onion, chopped
๐Ÿ“Œ1 cup grated/dice carrots
๐Ÿ“Œ1 teaspoon salt
๐Ÿ“Œ1/2 teaspoon pepper
๐Ÿ“Œ50 pcs spring roll wrappers
๐Ÿ“ŒCheese (any brand) ๐Ÿ“ŒOil for frying.

Steps๐Ÿ‘‰
Mix meat and the seasonings well and set aside.
Cook the meat in the pan, just half way or you can steam the marinated meat. Some people do it uncooked, but I prefer to precook the meat.
Meanwhile, slice the chilies in the middle part but not all the way, just take out the seeds. Then, add the meat and cheese fillings inside the chilies.
On a clean plate, lay the lumpia wrappers, then add the green chilies. Roll the wrappers to cover the green chilies. Sealed with a brush of water. Repeat till the process is done.
Fry it using your oil of choice. I use coconut oil. Submerge it in oil till fully covered. Fry it till golden brown and crispy. Place on top of a paper towel to drain excess oil. Serve with sweet chili sauce.
