We all know how busy you are as an entrepreneur. And kapag meron kang streamlined system, tulad ng paggamit ng Google Forms or automation tools like Group Leads, Group Boss or Group Track, mas mapapabilis ang pag- screen at pag-accept ng bagong members.
And it means more time to focus on what matters most—helping your community grow and focus on more needed things to attend to sa loob ng community.

Kung may mabilis na system ka sa pag-accept ng new members it means that your community is active and welcoming.
This first impression can make new members feel valued, kaya mas mataas ang chance na mag-stay sila at maging engaged sa iyong courses at discussions.

𝟑. 𝐄𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐬
Do you have an idea kung saan nanggagaling ang mga bagong members mo?
If you have a solid system, you can easily track and learn kung anong marketing channels ang effective—Facebook ads, referral programs, or organic traffic ba yan. At makakapag-focus ka sa strategies na nagbibigay ng best results para sa community mo.

𝟒. 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 = 𝐋𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐁𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐭, 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭
Napapagod ka na bang mag-manual follow-up sa bawat request? So if you have automated parts of your membership process, katulad ng welcome emails or granting access to private groups, or access to your lead magnet na very valuable to your members you can reduce the time spent on admin tasks at mas may oras ka to focus more on delivering value to your community.

The less time spent on admin work, the more energy you have for creating impactful content and engagement strategies! The more you have time to interact and know your community, the deeper your connection and trust build up between your members.

Having a solid system for tracking and managing new memberships means smoother operations and happier community members.

At the end of the day, it’s all about making sure that each new member feels like a part of the family—without the hassle and as a smooth sailing experience! 🤗

This experience was truly humbling and helped me realize that I am still on the right path.

Sometimes kailangan mo lang talaga natin ng makakausap, kahit si Chatgpt, pinatulan ko na. LOL.😂😂😂

But seriously, this idea was posted and shared with one of our mentors Chief John R Pagulayan, na lowkey freelancer DAW? hihihi

And, it really amazes me, how the AI responds to these questions and almost accurately answers them.🥰

It says

" You have a strong sense of empathy and a genuine desire to connect with your audience. You always look for ways to make your content approachable and relatable, whether it’s through using a warm, friendly tone or emphasizing storytelling that feels like a conversation between friends. "

As a community manager, this is one thing that we must possess in what we do, connect with our audience with empathy, listen to what they are saying, and emphasize their voice so they feel heard belong, and validated as part of the community.

So Eto' na nga. . . . .😮

Sharing these thoughts in my mind, how as a Community Manager like me able to have a never-ending energy and thoughts when it comes to engaging.
As we know, part of having an active social media presence whether as a solo entrepreneur, agency, or even big brand. Engaging and connecting to your network is one thing that is really important to grow your business.

So mabalik tayo' may nagtanong sa akin once, "Love, buti kapa you can easily connect and engage sa kausap mo."
Well, honestly hindi siya madali, lalo na if you're an introverted person this is a stepping out of your comfort zone.

But personally, my take here i if you have that "scientist attitude", I mean you are curious enough to get to know more. And nageenjoy ka mag explore ng different character of a person and get to know them, lumalabas nalang yung pagiging madaldal mo naturally. LOL.😁

The bottom line that I wanted to emphasize is if you are having a hard time engaging with your audience and connecting with them. How to start conversations?
Always give CARE, be mindful in choosing our words and expressions, start to empathize, and be yourself lang.
hindi naman kailangan palaging salescall or DC agad ang intentions.
Maging visible ka lang, by engaging to their post and active in answering questions that align with you. Winner na yun.🤝

But remember, be mindful of your INTENTIONS, before starting the conversation. ✨

Yun lang.
Hope you get something na makakatulong sayo to jump off and type on your keypads/ keyboards and start to engage.
You'll never know, yung matagal mo nang kakwentuahn or nakikita kang active online. Siya na yung next client mo.

Kaya naman comment mo lang sa ibaba " CHIKA TAYO" if committed kana to make chika at mag engage sa online platform mo.
Antayin ko rin yung chika mo sa akin, once may nasagap kang chismis ha' hahaha.😂

PS.
Ito nga pala yung mga warrior commenter buddy ko when it comes sa engagement sa one community that I handle. Palaban at hindi nauubusan ng chika, kapag nagbato ka ng tanong.
Hindi naman po halata na nageenjoy sila sa ginagawa nila ano?...LOL.

Juggling many hats in our lives is a challenging ONE!

And as a solo parent of three kids, I always felt those challenges.

Pero sabi nga nila, you should learn to dance where the wind blows, so you might not want to bring you anywhere else.

Kaya naman, as I've been into freelancing for almost 3 years.

Marami na akong trial and error on how I can make things okay between my freelancing, as a mother, as a daughter, and of course to get taken care of myself.

I am not saying that I am almost perfect here when it comes to managing my time and responsibilities. But the experiences helped me to come up with these, and I just wanna share them with you, so I can able to help some freelancer mothers like me.

And just like one of my mantra saying" Kung kaya nila' mas kaya mo rin! "

When I first found out about freelancing, grabe talaga yung Impostor syndrome ko.😰

Kasi naman naisip ko “wala naman akong skill, as in wala akong kahit na anong idea sa freelancing, bak ahindi para sa akin ito”

But you know what?

Ang dami palang pwedeng skill na pag pilian. Merong copywriting, website designing, FB Ads, Social media management at sobrang dami pang iba!

Pero alam mo kung ano yung mas nakakagulat?

I learned from the community that I’m in na freelancing is not about your skill pala.

What’s more important is how you can help your clients solve their problems.

Dahil sa community na to natutunan ko kung pano maghanap ng clients online even if I’m not an expert and I’m just a beginner. Binago nila yung mindset ko having self doubt kung kaya ko ba? But they prove me na it really on the mind lang.

Kaya naman I also want to share with you the 12-day Client-getting Challenge inside the community 🙂

Eto mismo yung strategy na ginamit ko to find my local freelance client.

Tried and tested ko na to! Basta magtake action, sis' mat result ka talagang maachieve! Hahaha.

The best part is libre lang din to! Perfect sa mga gusto lang talaga magtry at matuto. ( Nung time namin, nagbayad pa kami to experience and learn this strategy)

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐦𝐲 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫

I remember working in corporate for a well-known Restaurant here in Laguna and I need to travel 19km for 4 years.

I need to wake up 4 am in the morning, para lang hindi ako mahuli at maabutan ko yung unag byahe, dahil kapag hindi panigurado late ako sa call time ko na 6 AM.

Even holidays, need kong pumasok and heartbreaking yun for me as a mother of three kids, yung tatanungin ka nila, why you need to work, " diba holiday ngayon, mama?"

And yung corporate politics na totally nakakadrained ng energy, almost half of your 24 hours in a day, nasa work and travel ka.

But now as a freelancer, ibang-iba na…

Now I’m able to . . .

Wake up whenever I need to, kahit 10 AM pa yan or 1PM, cause' I choose my clients I wanted to work with, na aayon sa schedule ko.

Able to spend holidays or even ordinary days bonding with my kids and family kahit saan, basta may internet I can bring my laptop and able to attend some client work.

Having the opportunity to work with people who share your values and life goals brings great peace of mind.

𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗼𝗱 𝗸𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗿𝗶𝗻 𝗯𝗮?

This is the most common statement I asked some of my old colleagues, friends, and networks na years nang nagwo-work sa corpo, nasa abroad o di kaya full-time wife, once they asked me what am I doing for a living.
Once they knew na nasa bahay lang ako and were able to fulfill my mother's duties, then nakaka earn ng money.

I always present sa mga school activities ng mga kiddos and even spent precious time while they are still young and playful.

I told them, nag 𝐏𝐫𝐞 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐄𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐈𝐍𝐆 ako.
They are always curious and amazed what does that career she's talking about?
