Ngayong Hulyo 23, 2025, opisyal nang idineklara ng Pamahalaang Bayan ng Lingayen ang State of Calamity bunsod ng matinding pinsala dulot ng walang patid na pag-ulan, pagbaha, at epekto ng Habagat na pinalala pa ng nagdaang bagyong โ€œCrisingโ€.

Kaugnay nito, suspendido pa rin po ang klase sa lahat ng antas sa pambubliko at pribadong paaralan, gayundin ang pasok sa mga tanggapan ng gobyerno bukas, July 24, 2025, hanggang biyernes, July 25, 2025.

Gayunpaman, ang mga ahensya na may tungkulin sa pagbibigay ng pangunahin at iba pang mahalagang serbisyo ay magpapatuloy sa operasyon gaya ng kinakailangan.

Sa deklarasyong ito, mas mapapabilis ang paggamit ng pondo para sa agarang ayuda, paglikas,at pagbangon ng mga apektadong pamilya. Lahat ng yunit at ahensya ng gobyerno ay inatasang magtulungan upang matugunan ang mga pangangailangan ng ating mga kababayan.

The OHSP is an alternative delivery mode (ADM) of the Department of Education (DepEd) that provides flexible learning options for junior and senior high school students. It caters to those who may have difficulties attending daily in-person classes due to work, health, distance, or other personal reasons.

The distribution was led by OHSP advisers Dr. Maria Eireen S. Penuliar (Junior High School) and Mrs. Marites S. Basi (Senior High School), who personally facilitated the handing out of printed modules and tablets to the learners.

To ensure the proper use of the learning devices, an orientation was held for students and their parents or guardians. The session covered the do's and don'ts in using the tablets, stressing responsible digital behavior, proper care of the devices, and their exclusive use for academic purposes.

With this initiative, PNHS continues to uphold its mission of providing equitable access to quality education, ensuring that no learner is left behind.
