Dear Students, Parents, and Employees,

At 10pm last night, August 12, 2025, a thorough inspection of the PHINMA UPang Main Campus in Dagupan was conducted by the PNP Dagupan, SWAT and BFP at our request, in response to a bomb threat that surfaced online.

No evidence of threat was found, and we have received clearance to resume normal operations. Classes will therefore resume today, August 13, 2025.

Please be assured that we are implementing additional measures to keep our campuses safe, including increased security presence and continuous monitoring. Your safety and well-being remain our highest priority.
