What happened to me was pure physical exhaustion. Matigas ang ulo ngani. Two weeks or more of too little sleep and almost no rest. I allowed myself to work beyond capacity, thinking “kaya ko to!” Our bodies are like rubber bands, you can only stretch it so much before it breaks and whips you. Ako lang din naman ang may kasalanan nun. Matigas nga kasi ang ulo ko.

In the hospital I slept lang. After being discharged I slept uli. It was my body drinking in the sleep that it so craved for for almost a month.

And this is not about earning millions. It was about creating more opportunities so we can have more people growing with us. Kaso ayun nga, 55 na pala ako hehe. Lesson learnt? Working hard is fine but don’t do it to the point of exhaustion. I am blessed cause we recognized the signs immediately and wen’t to the hospital asap. Had we waited longer… we we didn’t so that chapter is closed.

I’m better. I’m recovering and I am rebounding.
