MY LAST HELLO AND GOODBYE..

I dreamed about you last night and I was surprised.
I was with my ex-boyfriend, and we entered a room where people were doing Zumba—and you were there, with your wife.
We looked at each other but didn’t acknowledge one another. Then my companion told me to say hi to you, so I walked up to you.
You welcomed me with a hug and a smile.

You know, it’s rare for me to see you smiling in my dreams.
You always have that serious look—even in real life. Like you’re carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders.
But in that moment, I felt a sense of lightness.

Maybe this is the sign that tells me you’re truly happy now with your life, and that even in a dream, you were able to show me that.

One day, my quiet life was stirred,

There he stood—tall, white, and handsome.

Orion bore the name I wore,
A light you sought, forevermore.
Beneath the moon’s soft golden gleam,
I lived within your starlit dream.

Like angels sent from skies above,
I came to you, a spark of love.
A stranger paused, in awe you stayed,
By beauty’s grace, your heart was swayed.

That night we watched the heavens weep,
As falling stars their secrets keep.
You made a wish—though unaware,
That I had long been waiting there.

You brought your bike, I rode with glee,

Si ATE..

Lumaki akong kasama siya.
Apat na taon ang agwat naming dalawa.
Magkaagaw sa damit, sa laruan,
Madalas sa kanya ang bago,
Sa akin, ang pinaglumaan.

Pero kahit ganun,
Kasama ko rin siya sa kalokohan.
Minsan nga, nag-cutting pa kami sa eskwelahan—
Umuwi kami, sa guro’y walang paalam,
At sa daan...
Inabutan kami ng ulan.

Oo, may bangayan.
Pero sa problema?
Siya rin ang unang kasama ko sa iyakan.

Nung bata kami,
Para kaming aso’t pusa—
Hindi magkasundo,
Minsan, nagkakasakitan pa nga.

Lagi kaming pinagkukumpara ng iba...
Sa itsura, sa kulay,
At sa talino—
Siya ang wagi.
At ako?
May hapdi sa likod ng maganda kong ngiti.

Pero kahit ganun...
Tulad ng ating ama’t ina,
Nasaksihan ko rin ang kanyang pagdadalaga.
Mula sa make-up,
Sa pananamit,

Mabait.
Mahinhin.

Pero wagas ang kasungitan kapag ako na ang kasama.

SHE, YOU AND I

A tale of three hearts, once entwined,
Love, loss, and letting go, I designed.
You chose her over me, a painful past,
But she befriended me, with kindness that would last.

Beautiful, intelligent, and bright,
She shone like a star, in the dark of night.
You ended it with her, for me, or so I thought,
But in the end, it was she who wasn't brought.

Two years passed, and she found new love,
While I fixed the pieces, sent from above.
But you gave me up, with a heartless claim,
You loved her more, and I felt the pain.

I vowed to hold on, to never let go,
But love and pride, they don't always grow.
I let you go, and avoided your sight,
The two of you, moved on, into new light.

Though it broke me, I'm grateful still,
For the lessons learned, and the heart's deep will.
Life moves on, and we've found our way,
But in my heart, a memory will always stay.

Sa Aking Alagang Alpha

Sampung taong kay bilis lumipas,
Sa bawat byahe, ikaw ang kasama’t lakas.
Sa init, sa ulan, ikaw ang kakampi,
Sa likod ng manibela, ako’y laging kampante.

Sa lungsod man o sa daang liblib,
Di mo ako iniwan, laging matatag, matibay ang tindig.
Walang aksidenteng sa atin ay sumapit,
Kaya’t pasasalamat ko’y tunay at mariin ang pagkakapit.

Ngayo’y kailangan nang magpaalam,
Dahil sa pangangailangang di maiiwasan.
Ngunit sa puso, di ka mabubura,
Alpha, sa alaala’y mananatili kang alaala’t ligaya.
