Butter Piped Cookies

Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter softened (226g)
3/4 cup granulated sugar 150g
1 large egg yolk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups + 2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour¹ 265g

HOMEMADE BREAD 😋

- Ingredients:

2 kilos of flour
2 tablespoons of raw yeast
2 scoops of butter
4 scoops of butter
8 eggs
1 tablespoon of salt
4 tablespoons of sugar
Milk quantity needed but 2 or 3 cups or more (depends on the flour)

- Preparation:

1. Make a volcano and make a gap in the middle and pour warm milk with the yeast and a spoonful of sugar and mix (I also made the eggs here and mix them with the yeast).
2. I made a little flour until it is a little liquid and let it boil or mature for an hour, or depending if the weather is hot only 10 to 20 minutes)
3. After I made the butter, butter, salt, sugar and mix everything and knead a lot until it becomes super soft.
4. If the Amasar lacks butter throw in the Amasar
5. Make balls and make as you like. with sugar on top or cheese or empanadas and let them mature depending on the time it will be ripe.
6. Preheat oven to 180 degrees 20 to 25 minutes depends on oven.

Chocolate rolls: Trust me the whole family will love the result🥰😋

INGREDIENTS
For the batter:
6 eggs
150 g (⅔ cup) sugar
50 g (½ cup) all-purpose flour
15 g (2 tbsp) cornstarch
80 ml (⅓ cup) vegetable oil
15 g (2 tbsp) cocoa powder
For the cream:
250 g (1 cup) hazelnut cream;
200 g (⅔ cup) melted dark chocolate.

PREPARATION:
1. Separate egg yolks for the egg whites.

2. Using a blender, beat egg yolks with sugar and vegetable oil until creamy.

3. Whisk egg whites until stiff peaks form.

4. Fold egg whites into the yolk mixture carefully, then sift in the flour and fold it into the batter too.

5. Divide the batter into 2 portions and mix one with cocoa powder and another with cornstarch.

6. Pour the white half of the batter onto a parchment-covered baking sheet, and spread evenly.

7. Bake for 5 minutes at 190°C/375°F.

8. Pour the chocolate batter on top of the base layer and spread it out evenly. Bake for 8 minutes.

9. Let the roll cool down, peel the parchment back, and spread hazelnut cream on top of the cake base. Roll tightly and leave in the fridge to set.

10. Carefully slice the roll and dip each slice in melted chocolate, covering one side.

The triangular shaped flaky pastry filled with spicy potato, chicken or lamb filling is a popular snack not only in India but in several countries of the world.

It’s there in every party, office meeting, you name it and sambosa will be there!

For me a good sambosa should be crispy and most importantly it should not be oily at all ☺

But the joy of biting into this homemade flaky crispy crust filled with spicy potatoes makes it all worth it.

This is one of those treats that you should have for special occasions or over a weekend ❤❤❤

HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN PIZZA
INGREDIENTS
* 2 cups of flour
* ½ tablespoon of salt
* 2 tablespoon of sugar
* 1 tablespoon of yeast
* 2 tablespoon of olive oil / vegetable oil
* Water 1/2 cup
FOR TOPPINGS
* Pizza sauce
* Cheese
* Chicken
* Red bell pepper
* Ginger/garlic powder
PREPARATIONS
* Combine flour, salt, sugar, yeast and mix. Add water and oil and mix using a spoon to form a dough.
* Knead on a floured surfacd until its stretchy. Transfer dough into a greased bowl and let it double in size.
* Season the chicken with ginger, garlic, salt, seasoning cubes, chilli pepper. Mix so that the ingredients will incorperate with the chicken. Leave for 10mins to marinade. Fry with little vegetable oil and cut into smaller sizes.
* Roll dough once its risen into a flat dough and transfer the dough to a pizza pan. Create some openings using a fork.
* Add the pizza sauce round the dough. Sprinkle the red bell pepper, chicken and cheese. Repeat this process once more and apply oil on the sides/edges of the dough.
* Bake in a preheated oven of 175°c for 25 to 30mins

CRUNCHY POTATO CHIPS

Ingredients:
600 grams potatoes
oil for frying
powdered cheese
Cold water
Preparation:
1. For the preparation of the crispy potato chips, we start with the potatoes that must be peeled well, then cut thin with a mandolin.
2. Then we put them in a bowl and rinse them with cold water.
3. Once well drained, they are poured into a pot filled with boiling water for a quick 1-minute cook.
4. At this point, drain with a slotted spoon and pour into a bowl filled with cold water to firm up the potatoes.
5. Once drained, they are placed on a clean kitchen towel one by one and dried with absorbent paper.
6. Once dry, fry them in a pan filled with boiling oil, pouring them one by one. Let them fry for 5 minutes.
7. Once the potatoes are drained, poured into a bowl and sprinkled with powdered cheese, the crispy fries are ready!

Ingredients and procedure for Vanilla Custard frosting:

2 large whole Eggs
1 cup Thickened/heavy/whipping/All purpose cream
1/4 cup Granulated white Sugar (optional) You can add more or less
250 Condensed Milk
1/2 tbsp Vanilla extract
1/4 tsp Salt
In a bowl, mix eggs and condensed milk.
On medium speed with your hand or stand mixer, beat the egg mixture for about 2 minutes.
Strain the egg mixture into a saucepan.
Add the cream, sugar and salt.
Stir to mix and turn the stove on medium heat.
Keep stirring till frosting becomes thick. Its up to you if you want your frosting thin or thick.
Once the frosting has thickened, add the vanilla extract and mix again.
Remove from heat and let the frosting cool down down completely or use it straight way.

Caramel Custard Frosting Recipe

Ingredients and procedure for Caramel Custard frosting:

3 large Egg yolks
1/2 cup Fresh or evaporated milk
3 tbsps Cornstarch / Corn flour
3/4 cup Granulated white sugar
1/4 cup Hot water
1 cup Fresh or evaporated milk
1/4 cup Salted Butter (cold)
1 tsp Vanilla extract

In a bowl, beat egg yolks.
Add the milk and mix well.
Add the cornstarch / corn flour and mix well until you see no more lumps. Set aside.
Turn the stove on medium-high heat.
In a saucepan, melt the sugar until it caramelized.
Once sugar has caramelized, add the hot water and mix well.
Add the milk, mix and turn the heat down to medium-low
Add and strain the eggyolk mixture and continue mixing using your spatula.
Simmer and continue mixing untill frosting has thickened.
You can simmer it longer if you want your frosting thicker than the one I made.
Once the frosting is done, remove from the heat and strain immediately.
Add the cold butter pieces and mix well until butter has completely melted.
Add the vanilla extract, mix well and let the frosting cool down completely.

MANGO AND PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:
¾ Chopped Frozen or fresh Pineapple
½ Chopped Mango
1 Chopped Frozen or fresh Banana

Preparation:
combine pineapple,banana and mango in a blender or food processor and blend together until creamy and thick.
3. If it is too thick then add the crushed ice, if not, serve and top with shredded coconut

Thought of re-sharing the Chicken Feet with Gizzards recipe 👌

INGREDIENTS
- 1kg chicken feet & gizzards
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- ½ onion "chopped"
- ¼ green pepper🫑
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp chicken spice
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups water

Method
- On a preheated pan add the vegetable oil then begin to saute onions and green pepper together for 30seconds.
- Add the chicken feet's & gizzards to the pan followed by salt, chicken spice, turmeric and smoked paprika and stir-fry for 4 mins
- Next mix in Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste and water then cover and allow to simmer for 20mins. Serve.

CARAMELIZED POPCORN 😋
Ingredients:
1 cup of popcorn kernels (for 2 or 3 people)
Olive, sunflower or corn oil
1 cup of sugar
Preparation:
1. To begin, pour the oil into the pan until it covers the bottom of the pan, but taking care not to overdo it. Bring to medium heat and wait until it is very hot, once hot, add the popcorn kernels, making sure that you are not adding too many because there must be space in the pan for the popcorn to burst and you can caramelize it later. It is very likely that you will have to prepare your sweet popcorn in two or three batches, everything will depend on the size of your pan.
2. Once you have placed the beans in the pan, cover them until they pop, be careful and wait until they have almost all popped before opening the lid. At that time you must add the proportional part of sugar with respect to the amount of grains you have added and start stirring so that the sugar covers all the popcorn. Make enveloping movements while the heat caramelizes the sugar. Once the popcorn is caramelized, remove the pan from the heat and place it in a container.
3. Repeat the process as many times as necessary so that you can prepare the entire cup of corn kernels. Remember that it is very important to work over medium heat and never high and keep stirring once you add the sugar to get a good caramelization.
