It traces its roots back to KZRH (now known as DZRH) -- the oldest radio station in the country and was identified as "the voice of the Philippi

nes," which first went on the air back in June 15, 1939. Subsequently, MBC expanded its reach into the FM band with DZMB (now known as 90.7 Love Radio), soon after, with 101.1 Yes FM and Hot FM, and more recently, with 96.3 Easy Rock. With its provincial partners nationwide, it also established Radyo Natin network, the largest FM network in the country which reaches even the farthest municipalities of every province. In 2008, MBC began airing RHTV through Skycable, later through Dream Satellite, Cable Link, and Cignal Digital Television. It has also ventured into special events and continues to provide radio listeners with a diverse array of activities that highlight both regional and national pride. Montenegro Shipping Lines, Inc. (MSLI) is set to expand its operations with the opening of a new sea route connecting Looc, Romblon and Malay, Aklan, further strengthening inter-island connectivity in the region.

The new route, Looc, Romblon โ€“ Malay, Aklan and vice versa, is expected to enhance passenger convenience and improve the transport of goods between Romblon and Aklan, supporting local tourism and economic activities.

The tentative start of sailing is on March 5, 2026, subject to final regulatory clearances and operational readiness.

MSLI continues to broaden its network as part of its commitment to providing safe, reliable, and efficient maritime transport services to the public.

Ang Bagyong Basyang ay patuloy na kumikilos at may lakas na Tropical Storm. Bagamaโ€™t hindi direktang tatama sa Romblon ang sentro ng bagyo, maaapektuhan pa rin ang ilang bahagi ng lalawigan, lalo na ang mga baybaying lugar.

Nakataas na ang Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 ang southern part ng Romblon, partikular ang:

โ€ข Alcantara
โ€ข Santa Fe
โ€ข San Jose

Posibleng maranasan ang malalakas na hangin na maaaring magdulot ng bahagyang pinsala sa mga bahay, puno, at linya ng kuryente.

Maaaring magkaroon ng panaka-nakang malakas na ulan, na posibleng magdulot ng bahagyang pagbaha sa mabababang lugar.

May minimal hanggang katamtamang panganib ng storm surge (pagtaas ng tubig-dagat) sa mga baybaying bahagi ng Romblon sa loob ng susunod na 48 oras.

Pinapayuhan ang mga mangingisda at may maliliit na sasakyang-dagat na iwasan muna ang paglalayag dahil sa maalong dagat at malalakas na bugso ng hangin.

Sa mainit na labanan ng Unit 5 laban sa Unit 11, sa Lawn Tennis Single Boys (secondary) category, ipinakita ang galing at determinasyon ni Warlito Montaรฑo III. Sa pamamagitan ng matinding focus, mabilis na galaw, at eksaktong serves, naipanalo niya ang laban at napanatili ang karangalan para sa LRAA Pangkat Onse.

Ang panalo ni Warlito sa unang game ay patunay ng husay at dedikasyon ng mga atleta ng Looc sa larangan ng tennis sa secondary level. Isang malaking pagbati sa kanya sa matagumpay na pagpapakita ng lakas, bilis, at disiplina sa court! ๐Ÿ‘๐ŸŽ‰
