Hon. Michael Lim Orayani formally stated his style of governance must be guided by the following principles. As a leader of this Municipality he said: “we must allow the participation of our people, our constituents from the farthest to the closest barangays through effective kinds of dialogue. We assure the public that community development can be achieved through the process of consultation whereby people are consulted and expressed views to achieve greater impact to public. If these principles are observed and in place, governance in the municipality is empowering, hence development is in place.
