If you are a manager, a supervisor, or someone handling a team, please know that your staff, your crew, your agents are someone’s baby.
The same way you’d never want your own child to be humiliated, don’t do it to someone else’s. Leadership is not about power. It’s about responsibility. And if you think making someone count floor tiles is “discipline,” you’re not a leader. You’re the reason good people quit.
Respect people. Teach with dignity. Because someday, your power will fade, but how you treated people will not be forgotten.
