BREAKING: The House of Representatives has impeached Vice President Sara Duterte.

Almost double the required number by the Constitution, 205 congressmen have signed a complaint impeaching Vice President Sara Duterte.

The 1987 Constitution requires a third of Congress, or 103 congressmen, in order to impeach an official.

Once the signatures are verified, the impeachment complaint may immediately be transmitted to the Senate, according to the Constitution. This shortcut effectively skips over the need for hearings by the House Justice committee or a vote by the plenary.

Pinalagan ni General Luna, Quezon Mayor Matt Florido ang desisyon ng Sangguniang Panlalawigan sa administratibong reklamo na isinampa sa kaniya kaugnay sa pagtatayo ng cell site sa Barangay 7 na labag umano sa ordinansa ng bayan.

Mariing itinanggi ng alkalde ang akusasyon at sinabing wala na umanong bisa ang nasabing ordinansa. Dagdag niya, isang 'political harrassment' ang naging desisyon.

The Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Quezon has voted to suspend General Luna Mayor Matt Erwin V. Florido due to alleged dishonesty, gross negligence and dereliction of duty and abuse of authority in line with the construction of a cellsite tower located in Barangay 7 of the said town.

The administrative complaint was filed by Reymar Dique Manalo, stating that the town's chief executive has violated the Sec. 60 of the Local Government Code on Grounds for Disciplinary Actions for installing a cellsite despite a municipal ordinance prohibiting its construction.

In a statement, Florido has publicly criticized the Sangguniang Panlalawigan's decision, saying that he did not violate any law and called it as "political harassment".
