Hindi po ito pila sa cinema. Hindi din po pila ng Tupad. Pila po ito sa polling precint after na magkaproblem ang ACM ng comelec.
Unfortunately, we have to wait almost 4 hours sa waiting room. Kailangan talaga ng mahabang pasensya kapag boboto.

Just to share my experience with SRC (Steel Reinforced Concrete).

This is my first time using this kind of material being used in the construction industry. Una kong nalaman ito thru my brother, who is an architect. In a simple conversation (i think that was 2004?), naging curious ako on how to use such material. Maraming tanong pero more on excitement na sana makagamit ako sa future projects ko.
Fast forward to 2024, nagkaroon ako ng chance because our client prefer such material. They did their research, and they ended up choosing it, kahit na nagbigay ako sa kanila ng options (CHB, SRC and AAC).
Dahil bago para sa akin ito, i have to learn and do my own research. Nakakakaba pero nakakaexcite. First challenge is to find the right supplier, and one of them is SRC Panel Systems, thru sir Jessie Del Rosario Janapin . Very accommodating sa bawat questions, lalo na sa technical aspects. Hanggang sa pagdeliver ng materials, hindi nila ako pinabayaan.
As a Civil Engineer and Contractor, I would like to use it again in my future projects. Hindi nakakapagsisi dahil maganda ang feedback ng aming client. And the best part, napapagtanungan din ako ng aking kapwa contractor with regards sa paggamit ng SRC Panel. Nakakaproud dahil i have the opportunity to share my knowledge. And hopefully, awareness na din.
