Ang tikbalang o tigbalang (binabaybay ding tigbalan o tikbalan) ay isang nilalang na may mala-kabayong hitsura. Kabilang ito sa mga nilalang ng mitolohiya at kuwentong-bayan ng Pilipinas. Mayroon itong katawan ng isang tao subalit may mga paa ng isang kabayo. Batay sa paniniwala, nakasasanhi ang tikbalang ng pagkaligaw ng landas ng mga tao, partikular na habang nasa kagubatan at mga bundok. Tumutukoy ang salitang tikbalangin sa pangkukulam sa tao sa pamamagitan ng pagsasaanyo ng isang nilalang upang maligaw ito ng daan. Bagaman tinatawag o maituturing na isa itong uri ng sentauro, naiiba ito sa tunay na sentauro.
