We would like to inform you that we have received an update from our main provider regarding the ongoing internet issues:

1️⃣ Calbayog – Tacloban Link

Network outage detected, causing slow and intermittent connection especially during peak hours.

This is related to a DPWH project requiring permit application and rehabilitation works on affected fiber segments.

2️⃣ Bacolod – Batinguel Link

Another issue was detected with high signal loss, resulting in higher latency and slower performance during peak hours.

Restoration work is ongoing by the Network Field Support team.

Estimated completion: August 25, 2025
