4 enemies of your joints and joint cartilages:
(Causes of chronic Joint pains)
1. High Sugar (Diabetes - dries up the joints, stiffed joints)
2. Some Medications (especially diuretics, Beta blockers, statins and steroids - they dry up your joints)
3. Lack of Physical Movement/ Exercise.
4. Overall Food choice. Too much processed foods, sugary foods.
