If you are spiritually drained, or experiencing faith fatigue, it’s okay to get yourself refreshed. Take a pause. Spend time with God and let His Spirit remind you of every promises God has for you.⁣⁣

You’ve been pouring into others. You’ve been helping other people but you cannot pour from an empty glass. You need God. You need His presence. You need Him to fill your cup again.⁣⁣

Don’t waste your time and energy thinking whether the glass is half-full or half-empty. Just go and fill the glass up.⁣⁣

Hindi ka mapupuno ng tao, kahit sarili mo, si Lord lang talaga makakapagpuno sa'yo.⁣⁣
