Ako, marami akong inisip na malalaking pangarap, at minsan feeling ko, hindi ko kayang makuha. But when I started focusing on what I could do in the moment—whether it’s a small task or a simple improvement—dun ko nakita na kahit maliliit na efforts, kapag consistent, malaki rin ang magiging impact.

This is necessary to lay the foundation of a strong business.

But all of this is only 20% of the equation.

The remaining 80% is your mindset.

For 9 years you have worked so hard enduring sleepless graveyard shifts na kahit di ka sanay magdamag magtrabaho pero kinaya mo pa rin. Kinaya mo ang pressure sa work meeting all the deadlines, expectations and metrics ng clients. 💪

Naging manhid ka sa mga supcalls na ibinibigay ng mga agents at tinanggap na part siya ng work mo. Your BPO experience was a roller coaster ride yet full of wonderful memories. 🤪😁😆
