💛 SEPTEMBER 10 | WORLD S (U - MATTER) ICIDE PREVENTION DAY 💛

Some people are fighting battles they never talk about.

They smile. They laugh. They show up. They say, “Okay lang ako.” But deep inside, they may be carrying a pain so heavy that they no longer know how to ask for help.

Today, we are reminded that sometimes, saving a life does not always begin with having the perfect words. Sometimes, it begins with simply asking, “Kamusta ka, talaga?” And more importantly, staying long enough to listen to the answer.

To the person who feels tired of fighting, who feels invisible, or who believes that no one would notice if they were gone—

Please stay.

Your pain is real, but it does not have to be carried alone. You are not weak for struggling. You are not a burden for asking for help. And even if today feels unbearably heavy, this moment does not define the rest of your story.

There are still chapters you haven’t lived.
There are still dreams waiting for you.
There are still people who will love you in ways you have yet to experience.

💛 Your life is worth fighting for. Your voice deserves to be heard. Your story deserves to continue.

Today and every day, let us choose to listen without judgment, speak with kindness, and remind those around us:

You are seen. You are loved. You matter. And you are never alone. 🫂💛

🌱🧹 LUNTIANG KAPALIGIRAN, MAS MAUNLAD NA KINABUKASAN! 🌿
