If you are experiencing issues upon box boot up, just follow these simple steps:

1. Unplug your Cignal box from the power outlet.

2. Carefully unscrew the circular cable (RG6) located at the back of your box.

3. Once the cable has been removed, plug in the power source of your Cignal box and wait for it to reboot.

4. Your TV screen will show a "No Signal" error message. When you see this, perform a Factory Reset by pressing and holding the P+ and P- buttons found on your Cignal box at the same time, until the notification appears.

5. Reconnect the RG6 cable back to your box and follow the First Time Installation instructions shown on your TV screen.

6. Proceed to the "First Time Installation setup". Once channel scan is done, issue should be fixed.

Naaprubahan na rin sa ikatlo at huling pagbasa ng franchise bills ng MVP Group gaya ng Cignal TV Inc., at Smart Communications, Inc ito'y nangyari bago pa mag-break ang sesyon ngayong Marso.

Ang Cignal TV Inc., dating GV Broadcasting System Inc., na siyang humahawak ng Satellite Pay TV Provider nito gaya ng SatLite at ganun din ay hawak na rin affliated station ng Nation Broadcasting Corp. o NBC na dating pagmamay-ari ng GV Broadcasting System na nakasentro ang FM Radio Station nitong Radyo Singko at Analog Station nito na One Sports sa Channel 41 at gayundin ay siyang humahawak sa mga exclusive cable channels nito sa pamumuno ng CEO nito na si Robert P. Galang ito ay nangyari bago pa mapaso ang kanilang prangkisa sa taong 2023.

Samantalang ang Smart Communications Inc., ay inaprobahan din ng kongreso matapos lagdaan nito sa taong 1997 bilang Meridian Telekoms Inc., na siya ring humahawak ng major brands nito gaya ng Smart Bro at ng TNT.

Nakabinbin ngayon ang prangkisa ng Cignal at Smart sa Senado para lagdaan na ito ng Pangulo ito ay matapos aprobahan ang 4 na telecommunications provider at 6 na broadcast firms sa Senado kabilang ang prangkisa ng Dito nitong linggo lamang.

Magpapatuloy pa rin ang operasyon ng Smart at Cignal matapos maaprubahan ng kongreso ang prangkisa nito.
