MECHADO RECIPE

P.S Hindi ko na navideo ang PagMarinate ng 1hr sa Toyo 1/4 Cup at 2tbsp na Calamansi.
Ingredients:
Cooking Oil
Garlic (1 whole)
Onion(3pcs I prefer yun purple
MasMalasa)
Red Bell Pepper (2pcs)
1 kilo Beef Mechado Cut
1/2 Tomato Paste
1 Tomato Sauce
5 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1tbsp Knorr Seasoning
3tbsp Brown Sugar
Garlic Salt
Pepper
1/2 Cup Water

After Cooking:

Pressure Cooker lahat para MasMalasa
and MasMalambot and Beef. Kain na!🤤
