How to get to Communal Ranch??

1. From Cagayan De Oro Agora Terminal take a bus bound for Valencia City and/or from Davao City Ecoland Bus Terminal take a bus bound for Cagayan De Oro City.

2. Tell the bus conductor to drop you off at the Impasugong Bus-stop. (Katung naay mga GIANT STATUES)

3. You need to drop by the tourism office before heading to the Communal Ranch. The office is just at the back of the giant statues. You won’t be allowed to visit the Communal Ranch without visiting the Impasugong Tourism Office.

4. Tell them you wanna go to Communal Ranch. Pay Php 20 entrance fee and Php 20 environmental fee.

(PS: Starting on November 2023, entrance fee will be Php 50 and environmental fee is Php 20)

5. You can ride a habal-habal for Php 200/pax,
from tourism office to Communal ranch and vice versa.

6. If you have a car, then use waze.. 😉

7. Present your entry pass ( receipt ) to the the main entrance of communal ranch. Roughly 2 kilometers of rough road to the ranch from the cemented road.

8. CHILL, RELAX, & ENJOY THE VIEW!!!
