Our entry this year is Pork Rice Noodle soup(Twice cooked adobo chasu, bokchoy, sh*take mushroom, ajitama egg drizzled with black garlic oil) and Rice dimsum 3 ways (Siniganglongbao, Sticky Pastil Dimsum topped with Palapa and Spicy salmon crispy rice).
