I spent my Sunday morning doing what most women quietly do…
staring at the things in my online carts and convincing myself each one counted as self-care, emotional survival, or at the very least, a necessary delusion.

Somewhere between my Amazon cart, my Sephora cart, my Uniqlo cart, and whatever I added to Tiktok Shop at 1 a.m., I ended up writing a reflection — not about money, but about currency.

What we spend, what spends us, and what actually pays us back.

I put it all here:

Money, Honey: A Sunday Reflection on What We Spend and What Actually Pays Us Back
https://medium.com//money-honey-a-sunday-reflection-on-what-we-spend-and-what-actually-pays-us-back-31d6fa4f9c5f

And because this little reflection came from one chapter of my journal,
if you want a gift for yourself or someone fabulous,
here it is — quietly, gently, no hard sell:

PS: May the things in your cart finally make sense.
PPS: And if not… may they at least arrive quickly.

Happy Thanksgiving — even if my version of the holiday comes without turkey and proudly features a perfectly roasted lechon manok.

Today I’m grateful for the quiet joys,
the small mercies that arrived exactly when they needed to,
the people who stayed kind,
and the peace that finally stopped being elusive and sat down beside me.

I’m grateful for the lessons that stretched me,
the laughter that saved me,
and the little moments that reminded me life can be gentle too.

And I’m grateful for you —
this lovely, funny, thoughtful corner of the internet
that makes everything feel a little lighter.

However you’re spending the day,
I hope it’s warm, comforting, and filled with something delicious,
whether it’s a feast or simply your favorite familiar meal.

Happy Thanksgiving to those who celebrate,
and happy gratitude day to the rest of us.

Love,

Tita Friday 🧡✨

Tita Friday wasn’t planning to write about Campbell’s today.

She was minding her own business, sipping her juice, when suddenly the internet started treating one man’s rant like it was the official company mission statement.

A leaked recording.
A VP saying things no sober adult should say out loud.
One loud voice, and suddenly a 155-year-old brand was getting dragged into the pot.

So Tita Friday did what she does best: she took a breath, stepped over the outrage, and wrote about the one thing the internet tends to forget…

Perspective.

Because one person behaving badly does not erase a century of honest work, and one scandal should not define thousands of employees who had nothing to do with it.

She wrote about nuance, dignity, and why proportion matters — especially when the noise is loud enough to drown out common sense.

Here’s the full essay:

When One Voice Gets Loud and a Century Goes Quiet

Sometimes the world screams.
Sometimes the world overreacts.
And sometimes, Tita Friday just quietly reminds everyone to think.

Tita Friday did something unexpected this week…
She published a journal on Amazon.

What started as “I should learn KDP for a client” turned into late-night Canva chaos, typhoon-level WiFi, and margins that refused to behave — the usual midlife adventure.

The result is something she’s incredibly proud of:
a journal for women 50+,
for women who have lived many lives,
for women who are still becoming.

It’s honest.
It’s funny.
It’s beautifully imperfect.
It’s her.

Tita Friday spent her quiet Sunday the only way she knows how… by falling into yet another Hermès rabbit hole.

This time she found herself tracing the Birkin’s many personalities, only to realise that her favorites all pointed back to one man.

Jean Paul Gaultier.

So she wrote about the years he spent at Hermès, the calm rebellion he brought to the house, and why his quiet cool still lingers today.

Lunch with Mommy at The Orange Bucket.
She was focused on the crab.
Tita Friday was focused on… an unexpected branding revelation.

Somewhere between the shrimp, the mussels, the corn, and the Big Bang sauce
(I didn’t explain any of this to Mommy, don’t worry),
I suddenly realized a seafood bucket actually explains Hermès better than a textbook.

Different roles, different characters, one flavor holding everything together.
Identity. Consistency. Brand DNA.

🍓✍️ When Creativity Met Code

Tita Friday has written about the chaos that comes when creativity meets technology — because apparently, being a writer in 2025 also means learning Canva, KDP, and the fine art of explaining feelings to robots.

She can write 3,000 words without a migraine, but give her a pixel problem and she’ll need snacks, patience, and possibly divine intervention.

Full story here:
https://medium.com//when-creativity-met-code-8560c4b21610

PS: See that image? She told AI she’s left-handed. AI said, “Sure thing!” and confidently drew her as a righty. Which just proves her point — creativity is hard, and so is explaining things to robots.

PPS: She wrote this while taking a break from KDP, Canva, and margins. Which is to say, she never really took a break.

Tita Friday has thoughts.

They usually arrive after evening tea, a scroll through TikTok’s royal universe, and a quiet moment where she remembers she once received a letter from Buckingham Palace as a little girl who still believed princes were charming.

(They are not always charming. They are, however, very educative.)

Today, she dropped an essay on the monarchy as the original luxury house, and why even palaces must protect their reputation.

When HRH Prince Andrew was very publicly reintroduced as Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, many saw scandal.
Tita Friday saw brand discipline, institutional self-respect, and centuries of heritage refusing to bend to bad behavior.

Quiet luxury is not simply silk scarves and perfect tailoring.

It is standards, context, accountability, and knowing when to edit to preserve dignity.

True legacy does not beg for relevance.
It earns trust by honoring its code.

This piece is not gossip.

It is refinement with a raised brow.

A love letter to good governance.

A gentle reminder that fairy tales age, yet principles endure.

The crown may glitter, yet the brand beneath it must stay polished.

She wrote it with warm chamomile from Starbucks, no crumpets in sight, only clean intention and a tiny, harmless smirk.

If you enjoy heritage, quiet power, witty observation, and the kind of grace that occasionally whispers sharper truths, here you go:

https://medium.com//the-crown-the-code-and-the-quiet-art-of-staying-regal-a2556d40a1ad

(Also in bio, because not everyone loves links inside captions. We contain multitudes.)

PS: Real elegance is never afraid of accountability.
PPS: Princess Diana would approve this message.

Coffee shop gossip energy is cute.

This is royal brand strategy energy.

For those who believe legacy should be thoughtful, reputations should be earned, and brands deserve to grow with grace, Tita Friday also helps founders and leaders build brands that feel like heritage even if they are only in their first chapter.

DM if your brand wants to feel like a crown and not a costume.

✨ New on Medium! ✨

Tita Friday watched Tron: Ares and briefly panicked about being uploaded into a computer.

(Don’t worry, she recovered after a client said, “If my AI can’t even make a proper PDF, you’re fine.” 😂)

We don’t live in Tron.

We live in tech support — where AI still needs supervision, proofreading, and the occasional pep talk.

In her latest essay, “Tron: Ares and the Great AI Myth — Because Let’s Be Honest, We Don’t Live in Tron. We Live in Tech Support.”
Tita Friday dives into the hilarious gap between cinematic perfection and real-life AI chaos — plus a few confessions from her own AI, Twinnie. 💻💅

Tita Friday watched Good Fortune because she needed something funny… and handsome. 😌

Enter Keanu Reeves as Gabriel — yes, that name — and Sandra Oh as Martha.

No, they’re not the actual saints.
But whoever picked those names clearly had a sense of humor.
Because Gabriel, Heaven’s supposed communicator, can’t deliver a message to save his halo — and Martha, the angel of order and competence, is his boss.

Basically: Heaven’s Communications Department… on a Monday. ☁️

And somewhere between the halos, the mix-ups, and the marketing metaphors, Tita Friday found the year’s most unexpected branding lesson:

✨ Authenticity ages better than any campaign.
✨ Miracles are fine, but consistency builds legacy.
✨ Meaning is still the real miracle.

Or in simpler terms: Even angels can miss the brief.

Read the full essay on Medium — it’s equal parts funny, heavenly, and strategic (with just enough Catholic guilt to make you laugh).

PS: Keanu can still deliver Tita Friday’s brand message… just maybe not unsupervised. 😇

This isn’t our work — but it’s the kind of work that reminds us why we love what we do.

Moncler’s film with Al Pacino and Robert De Niro is branding and writing at their best.

It doesn’t sell.

It moves.

It speaks of warmth that lasts — the kind built on friendship, legacy, and excellence that doesn’t need to announce itself.

Because the best brands don’t chase attention.

They create emotion.

This is what thoughtful storytelling looks like.

This is how branding should feel.

🪩 The Life of a Ghostwriter

What could Taylor Swift and Tita Friday possibly have in common?

Taylor is young, rich, svelte, and beautiful — with Grammys, stadiums, and sparkles to her name.

Tita Friday is… old. And a ghost. 😂 👻

But the more Tita Friday listened to The Life of a Showgirl, the more she realized it hit close to home.

Taylor sings her truth onstage.

Tita Friday writes hers in silence.

Twelve tracks.
Zero Grammys.

Just a woman with a laptop, too much tea,
and clients who unknowingly fund her therapy. ☕️

It’s funny until you realize it’s actually a love letter — to the invisible people who make others sound brilliant.

We don’t take the bow.
We write the script.

And make no mistake, like Taylor, we love what we do.

The only difference is… nobody really knows we do it. 😂

✨ Read The Life of a Ghostwriter — now live on Medium:

PS: Written during a break from ghostwriting a client’s book. Too much testosterone. Needed to feel feminine again. 😂
