Our midnight ramen adventure! 😂

Late na (past 10pm!) pero ang dami pa ring tao. We even queued almost an hour kasi 4th kami in line! Bloopers pa—akala namin Mendokoro, yun pala Marudori yung pinilahan namin (all chicken on the menu kaya nagtaka kami 😅). Lipat kami sa katabi lang and queued ulit, but shorter na since around 10ish na.

Verdict?
✅ Broth is much better now—less salty, less oily. Hubby and I noticed it instantly. Perfect na for us. We finished the entire bowl kahit mas generous na yung noodles.
✅ Gyoza was delicious as always, though a bit oily for my taste.

What about you? Anong ramen order niyo lagi dito? And natry nyo na rin ba yung Marudori na famous for their chicken ramen? 🍜

That hat-shaped bread from the bakery… but make it cheesy.🧀✨

This Cheese Kababayan or Kabayan is soft, golden, and hiding a melty surprise inside! So easy, even first-time bakers can nail it.

Trust me, once you try it warm, there’s no going back. 😉 Save this, bake it, and tell me how it turned out, Kweenatics!

Cheese Kababayan or Kabayan 🍞🧁

Dry Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

Wet Ingredients:
1/3 cup sugar
1 large egg
1/2 cup Evaporated milk
1/4 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2–3 drops yellow food coloring (optional)

For the Cheese Filling:
4 tsp Emborg Shredded Mozzarella
2 tsp Shredded Cheddar
Optional for Finishing:
Extra melted butter for brushing tops after baking

Instructions:
1. Prepare the cheese filling:
Press together 2/3 tsp Emborg shredded Mozarella and 1/3 tsp shredded cheddar into a compact cheese ball. Make 6 pieces for 6 muffins. Chill in the fridge.
2. Preheat to 180°C (356°F). Let the oven heat fully for at least 10 minutes to ensure a good dome. Lightly grease your muffin tin.
3. Prepare the Batter:
* Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
* In another bowl, whisk the egg and sugar until slightly frothy.
* Add milk, melted butter, vanilla, and yellow food color. Mix well.
* Combine wet and dry mixtures. Stir until just combined. Batter should be thick but smooth—do not overmix.
4. Assemble the Kababayan:
* Spoon 1 tablespoon of batter into each muffin cup (about 1/3 full).
* Place 1 tsp cold cheese ball in the center.
* Add another 2 tablespoons of batter on top to cover the cheese, filling up to 2/3 full only.
* Let sit for 3–5 minutes before baking to help with dome formation.
5. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until lightly golden and a toothpick inserted beside the center comes out clean.
6. Let cool in the tin for 3–5 minutes, then remove and optionally brush tops with melted butter.Serve warm for the best cheese pull.

Classic Italian Tiramisu! No shortcuts, just the real deal. If you’re a Tiramisu lover, this recipe is for you. 🇮🇹✨

𝑰𝒏𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔:
4 Eggs (Pasteurized)
100g Sugar (divide into 2 portion)
500g Mascarpone Cheese
300g Lady Finger or Broas
Dark Cocoa Powder

𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐩:
2 cups Coffee
1 tsp Sugar

Instructions :
1. Prepare the coffee.
Brew Italian coffee and mix in 1 teaspoon of sugar. You can also use instant coffee. Let it cool completely and set aside.
2. Separate the eggs.
Use pasteurized eggs (I have a DIY method for this!). Carefully separate the egg yolks and whites.
3. Make the mascarpone cream.
In your KitchenAid mixing bowl, beat the egg yolks with half of the sugar at medium speed until pale and thick.
Lower the speed and add the mascarpone cheese one scoop at a time, mixing until smooth.Transfer the mascarpone mixture to another bowl and set aside.
4. Whip the egg whites.
Wash and dry your mixing bowl thoroughly before whipping. Add the egg whites and whisk on medium speed.
Once foamy, gradually add the remaining sugar. Continue whisking until stiff peaks form.
5. Combine the mixtures.
Add the whipped egg whites to the mascarpone mixture in three parts, folding gently with a spatula from top to bottom to keep it light and airy.
6. Assemble the tiramisu.
Spread a thin layer of cream at the bottom of your baking pan.
Quickly dip each ladyfinger or broas into the coffee, then arrange them over the cream.
Add a generous layer of mascarpone cream. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining cream.
7. Finish and chill.
Dust the top with dark cocoa powder. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.

Save this post and impress everyone with the best homemade Tiramisu ever! One bite, and they’ll think you flew to Italy. 🇮🇹🍰 Try it and tag me if you do, Kweenatics!
