My 7-year-old nephew, Sam, made this all by himself. 😆

He took some Fita crackers, generously spread Ovomaltine on top, then proudly gave his creation a name…

“Ovomaltine Crackers.” 🍫✨

After making them, he immediately ate almost the entire tray by himself. 😂

Then he asked his mom to tell me about his newest invention because he was so proud of it.

As a food creator Mama/Tita, I have to admit… I’m impressed. 😆

Akala ko snack lang… complete meal na pala siya. 😭

Juicy Chicken Kebab + warm rice + 2 addicting sauces in one bowl. Honestly nakakabusog and ang sarap nung sauce combo. 👌

What surprised me most?
Less than ₱100 lang siya… may sukli pa. 😳

Perfect pag craving ka ng something flavorful, quick, filling, and sulit without spending too much.

Normally, I don’t usually post about my branded purchases, but I really wanted to share and appreciate the amazing service I experienced from Prada. 🤍

This was my very first Prada handbag and also my first time purchasing from a Prada outlet in San Francisco last November 2025. Unfortunately, after only a few uses, the strap holder snapped last January 2026. I honestly thought replacements could only be handled through the same outlet where the bag was purchased, so I was worried the process would be difficult.

But Ms. Aneth from Prada Greenbelt Philippines went above and beyond to help me. She patiently coordinated with Prada US and even arranged everything with Prada Nagoya, Japan since I was traveling there. She made sure everything was properly endorsed before my arrival.

When I arrived at Prada Nagoya, Ms. Ito Yukari and the team were already informed and ready to assist me. The entire process was smooth, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They replaced my bag with a brand new one from one of the Prada outlets in Japan, and I truly felt taken care of throughout the whole experience.

What touched me even more was the attention to detail. It was raining that day in Nagoya, and they even carefully covered my Prada paper bag with plastic to protect it from the rain. Such a simple gesture, but it really showed the level of care they give their customers.

Service like this truly leaves a lasting impression. Thank you so much to Ms. Aneth of Prada Greenbelt and Ms. Ito Yukari of Prada Nagoya for your kindness, professionalism, and dedication. You turned a stressful situation into such a positive experience.

Safe to say, Prada gained one very happy and loyal customer here. 🖤

First time at Test Kitchen by Josh Boutwood, and we truly enjoyed the experience.

The restaurant is intimate with only a few tables, which I personally loved because it didn’t feel crowded. Since it has an open kitchen setup, we were able to watch the chefs in action while our dishes were being prepared.

We chose à la carte instead of the tasting menu because I wanted to personally pick the dishes I was most curious to try.

For starters, we had the Duck Prosciutto on Brioche Toast. I don’t usually eat duck, but surprisingly, I really enjoyed this dish. The texture was chewy in a good way, not rubbery at all, and it was perfectly seasoned. Everything worked well together — the brioche, garlic emulsion, pickled carrots, and feta balanced the duck beautifully.

The Comté Arancini was another favorite. The risotto and cheese combination was rich but still well-balanced. Personally, I could do without the sunflower seeds because the dish was already perfect on its own.

For mains, we tried the Berkshire Pork Chop with caper mustard cream. The sauce paired so well with the pork — creamy, flavorful, but not nakakaumay.

We also had the Rigatoni with Nduja and Guanciale. The sauce itself was really good, but since the rigatoni pieces were quite large, I personally would’ve loved more guanciale in every bite.

My favorite was the Chicken Truffle. The chicken breast alone was already flavorful, but the truffle stuffing made the whole dish feel more elevated and indulgent. Truffle will always have a special place in my heart.

I originally wanted to try the Potato Pavé, but it wasn’t available that night, so we ordered the mashed potatoes instead. No regrets because it was incredibly smooth, creamy, and exactly how I like my mashed potatoes.

After dinner, we were able to visit the second floor where they cure the duck and pork, and we also got to see how they prepare the gigantic seabass. It made the experience even more memorable.

Now I understand why Test Kitchen has consistently been recognized by Tatler Dining and was recently included in the Michelin Guide selections.

Hats off to Sir Todd and the entire team for the warm service, thoughtful recommendations, and for sharing more about the food and the process behind each dish.

We truly enjoyed the experience. Definitely one of our memorable food trips with hubby this week. Have you tried Test Kitchen yet, or is it still on your list?

First time trying Lola Café and wow… sarap naman. Promise, dalawa lang kami kumain niyan 😂 Serving was a bit slow, but honestly worth the wait. Good food + good chika = perfect catch-up dinner ✨
