Today’s corporate world has found it easy to sacrifice human capital in favor of satisfying shareholders‘ greed for unsustainable growth and profit. We join the many Gen Xers’ struggling during their mid-life and the realization that the concept of enjoying retirement in the future may be a myth. Sharing personal stories among

those on the same boat has surfaced the urgency and universality of the need for affirmation, community and support among our generation which begs to be addressed. ELEVENTH HOUR hopes to pave the way for the telling of such stories of journeys, discoveries, struggles and successes from heroic individuals who possesses the courage to embrace failure and defeat, They muster the grit and determination to begin their process of discovery of what could become the Third Act of the lives. Eleventh Hour is about closing a volume of one’s life, to start writing again from page one. It is about taking a new chance at life without prejudice to one’s past, and with hopeful expectation on what wonderful experiences the future can still bring. And just like a caterpillar who must endure the dark uncertainty of the cocoon process, the Eleventh Hour is a mindset of hope and faith on the mystery of metamorphosis from which butterflies emerge to live a life in flight.
