🔥 I haven’t been that active on social media lately—and honestly, it’s intentional.

Some days, scrolling feels heavier than inspiring. Too many posts, too many opinions, too many lives unfolding all at once on my feed. It’s draining in a way that’s hard to explain unless you’ve felt it too.

I sometimes think about how things were in the 90s, when social media wasn’t this loud or constant. We had more quiet moments, more time to reflect, more space to sit with our own thoughts without comparison or pressure.

Life felt slower, and maybe because of that, more grounded.
Stepping back now feels like choosing peace over noise. It’s giving myself room to breathe, to realign, and to reconnect with what truly matters—without the constant urge to keep up or prove anything.

Not everything has to be shared. Some growth happens best in silence.
This pause isn’t about disappearing. It’s about protecting my energy and honoring my own rhythm.

Just wanna step back for a while to regain peace and be serene đź‘Ś

Most of you should know me pretty well. I no longer accept very many friends because I feel it’s not for me. And of late I’m not a fan of the platform. Almost every FB friend I have, I’ve known on some level, you are not just a number. But if you are still on my FB, it’s because we have some connection. I would love to see if we can still chat more than just likes... I decided to participate in an experience called “Meeting between Bowls of rice”. The idea is to see who reads a post without a photo. We are so consumed with technology that we forget the most important thing: good friendship. If no one is reading this message, it will be a short social experiment.
