RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial transactions.
• Assist in month-end reporting procedures.
• Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.
• Performs monthly bank and ledger reconciliation.
• Process accounts payables and invoices for payments.
• Prepare supporting documentation to meet external audit, internal audit or tax requirements.
• Any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably Bachelor’s / College Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business-related course.
• 6 Months - 1 Year of working experience in GENERAL ACCOUNTING.
• Must be able to write and communicate in English.
• Able to work in fast pace environment.
• Knowledge in SAP is a plus.
• Proficient in Computer Application specially MS Excel.
• FRESH GRADUATE are encourage to apply.
• Must be willing to work ON-SITE in Makati City, Philippines.
• Can start ASAP.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to support customer acquisition, brand awareness, and engagement goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company is using the most effective strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure consistency in messaging and campaign integration.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Vocational Diploma | College Degree | Bachelor Degree.
- 1 – 2 Years working experience in MANAGING SOCIAL MEDIA platforms such as iGaming or entertainment industries.
- Must have a valid PASSPORT ready.
- Able to work in Shifting Schedule and Public Holidays.
- Knowledge in App Store, Play Store, Facebook Ads, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Ads, etc.
- Language : ENGLISH (Fluent).

• Validation of client’s transactions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 – 2 Year’s experience in GENERAL ACCOUNTING tasks.
• 1 – 2 Years experience in FINANCIAL PREPARATION.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge in Month-End reports, Reconciliation reports, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Tax Audits.
• Proficient in Computer Applications such as MS Office, Excel and Email Outlook.
• Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily supervision.
• Willing to work ON-SITE in our main office at Makati City.
• Can start ASAP.
