Enjoyed Taco Tuesday last night, Eleatists? 🌮🌯🫔
mas is one of my favorite birria places! I just visited them and got super excited because they just launched their tostadas that is exclusive to this branch!
I got to try two of the three new flavors! Starting with the salmon aburi, the burst of flavor came from the salmon and roe and was complemented by the fried tortilla and crunchy kani! Next up, their octopus taco was just so tender and the sauce and salsa verde made it rich, tangy, and fresh!
Aside from the new items in their menu, their dirty beef birria is one of my favorite birrias. There is just oozing cheese and the consommé is so good that I just drink after soaking the tacos. Their shrimp tacos are some of the best I’ve had and now my fiancée’s favorite shrimp taco! The Flameado cheese dip is tequila-flamed and it just really ups the appetizer!
La Guada Mas is located in Joya Lofts at Rockwell, Makati and has the same owners as La Guada Birria, .birria, in Aguirre Ave., BF Homes Parañaque! There is a difference in menu offerings of the two branches so be sure to check both out!
