Nasagip ng concern citizen sa bayan ng San Ildefonso at syudad ng Baliwag ang isang reticulated python o sawa at isang scops owl.

Ayon sa Department of Environment and Natural Resources Region 3 unang nahuli ang Sawa, ng atakihin nito ang nakakulong na lovebirds sa Brgy, Berhen delas Flores sa baliwag.

Habang sa Brgy, Gabihan, naman sa bayan ng San Ildefonso nasagip ang maliit pa na kwago.

Ayon kay Dennis Vergara, CENRO head, wildlife enforcement officers may 2.6 feet long at tumitimbang ng 750 grams ang sawa, na agad pinawalan sa Biak-na-Bato National Park.

Habang ang maliit na kwago ay ibiniyahe
sa Biodiversity Management Bureau Wildlife Rescue Center sa Quezon City para sa tamang pangangalaga.(TDA)

ARESTADO ang isang Chinese National habang kinumpiska ng mga tauhan ng Criminal Investigation and Detection Group ang umano'y sub standard na Solar Lights at Panels sa isang warehouse sa Brgy, Matungao, Bulakan, Bulacan..

Base sa paunang imbestigasyon ng mga awtoridad madaling-araw na ng Hulyo 1 2026 ng pasukin ng mga Law enforcement ang bodega kung saan naka imbak ang substandard na produkto na nagkakahalaga ng Php 1,540,000.00.

Sa report na tinanggap ni PMGEN Robert Morico II, Director ng CIDG kinilala ang suspek na si alyas “Han” 35 anyos negosyante at may ari ng bodega kung saan paglabag sa Republic Act No. 7394 na Consumer Act of the Philippines ang kasong isasampa Laban sa may-ari.

Layon ng kanilang operasyon na protektahan ang mga consumers mula sa mga produktong mahina ang kalidad.

Tiniyak naman ng Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) na mahigpit nilang ipinatutupad ang safety standards para sa lahat.(TDA)

Mababawasan na ang bilang ng mga batang kulang sa timbang ito ang pag-tiyak ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. dahil araw-araw na pagkakaloob ng mga masusustansiyang pagkain, at pagpapainom ng magandang kalidad ng gatas sa mga mag-aaral sa mga pampublikong paaralan sa buong bansa.

Makaraang isagawa ang National Kick-Off ng School-Based Feeding Program at ng Milk Feeding Program kung saan ginawang pilot area ang Pulilan Central School sa Bulacan kasama si Mayor Rolando S. Peralta.

Ayon sa punong ehekutibo wala nang pipiliin sa pagpapakain ng mga bata dahil magiging saklaw na nito ang mga mag-aaral mula sa kindergarten hanggang Grade 1.

Habang tutukuyin ang mga batang may mababang nutrisyon sa Grade 2 hanggang Grade 6 upang maprayoridad na mapakain.

Aniya napatunayan sa mga pag-aaral sa buong mundo na Malaki ang kontribusyon sa mabilis na pagkakatuto ng bata ang pagiging busog at may malusog na pangangatawan, bukod pa ang masusustansiyang pagkain, na sasabayan ito ng pagpapainom ng mga gatas.

Kasunod nito'y inihayag ni Department of Agriculture (DA) Secretary Francis Tiu Laurel Jr. na tiyak na makakainom ng bago, malinis at dekalidad na gatas ang mga mag-aaral, kung saan nagbubukas din ito ng malaking oportunidad para sa mga magsasaka na nasa sektor ng paghahayupan.

Magkakaroon aniya ng tiyak na merkado kaya’t mahihikayat sila na mas paramihin ang kanilang mga Kalabaw upang higit na mapalakas ang produksiyon ng gatas.

Salig sa Republic Act 11037 o Masustansiyang Pagkain para sa Batang Pilipino Act, magkasamang nilagdaan nina Secretary Laurel at Department of Education (DepEd) Secretary Sonny Angara ang isang Joint Administrative Order, kung saan isa sa mga pangunahing probisyon ang katiyakan sa suplay ng mga produktong agrikultural mula sa Bigas, karne, prutas, gulay at gatas.

Tinatayang aabot sa halagang P26 bilyong piso ang inilaan ng administrasyon ni Pangulong Marcos para sa national feeding program ngayong taong 2026.

Bukod pa ang P3 bilyon para sa national milk feeding program,kasabay nito'y ipinag-utos din ng pangulo dalawang kasama na mga kalihim na agad nang repasuhin ang magiging panukalang pondo para rito upang maipasok sa 2027 National Expenditure Program (NEP).

Samantala ipinaliwanag ni DepEd Bulacan School Division Superintendent Dr. Cecilia E. Valderama na sa ilalim ng kasalukuyang school-based feeding program, papakainin ang lahat ng mga mag-aaral sa kindergarten at Grade 1. Habang prinayoridad sa feeding sa Grade 2 hanggang sa Grade 6 ang mga mag-aaral na kulay sa nutrisyon.(TDA)

16 na boto para mahatulan si VP Sara sa impeachment trial.

Sinabi ni Senator-judge Alan Peter Cayetano nitong Martes na napagpasyahan ng Senate impeachment court na 16 na boto ang kailangan upang mahatulan si Vice President Sara Duterte dahil walang senador-judge na kumuwestiyon sa naging pasya sa unang araw ng impeachment trial.

Paglilinaw nya sa ikalawang araw ng impeachment trial nitong Hulyo 7 matapos itanong ni Senator-judge Panfilo Lacson kung ilang boto ang kinakailangan upang mahatulan ang Vice President.

Tumugon si Presiding Officer Francis Escudero na ang kanyang pahayag noong Lunes ay naging opisyal nang pasiya ng impeachment court dahil walang senador-judge na tumutol o umapela rito.

Ayon kay Cayetano, ito rin ang kanyang naging pag-unawa sa naging desisyon ng impeachment court.

Bagama't , nilinaw pa niya noong unang araw ng paglilitis kung ang sinabi ni Escudero ay personal na opinyon lamang o opisyal na pasya ng korte.

“I clarified whether that was the opinion of the elected presiding officer Senator Escudero. If it’s the ruling of the court, then as a threshold issue, we will have no further questions,” sabi ni Cayetano.

Gayunman, sinabi niyang may isa pang mahalagang usapin na dapat pagpasiyahan ng impeachment court at iyon ay kung papayagang makaboto sina Senator Rodante Marcoleta at Jinggoy Estrada.

“It is in that spirit that we ask and we’re preparing maybe a memoranda for all members to allow Senator Marcoleta and Senator Jinggoy since they are going to have a vote,” aniya.

“If they are not allowed to vote, then that will be counted as a vote for acquittal. And that might be favorable to the defense rather than a part of giving a fair trial,” dagdag niya.

Gayunman sinabi rin ni Cayetano, na maaari pang talakayin ng impeachment court ang iba pang mga usaping may kaugnayan sa Konstitusyon habang nagpapatuloy ang paglilitis.

“As of today it is very clear that as a court, we have decided that two-thirds of 24. There are 24 members of the Senate today. Twenty are present here today, but there are still 24 members and 16 ang number of senators needed to convict on any of the articles.(TDA)

SM City Marilao / Baliwag Enhance Learning Resources for 545 Bulakenyo Students

SM City Marilao and Baliwag reaffirmed their commitment to education and community development through the donation of chairs, tables, computer units, and other school furniture to Kapitangan National High School in Paombong, Bulacan.

Donated resources will help create a more conducive learning environment for students and teachers, supporting both digital learning and collaborative spaces.

Representatives from SM City Marilao and SM City Baliwag, school administrators, faculty members, and students witnessed the turnover event, which marked yet another significant collaboration in creating better opportunities for Bulakenyo learners.

The donated computer units will help strengthen the school's digital learning capabilities in today's technology-driven landscape, while the tables and chairs will serve as functional areas for students to study, work on academic projects, and participate in recreational activities.

Tree planting and growing activity ngayon National Arbor Day isinagawa.

Nasa 200 puno ng fruit bearing trees at iba pang mga punla na punong kahoy ang itinananim kasabay ng National Arbor Day sa bakanteng lupa ng balwarte ng G*t. Francisco Balagtas High School sa Brgy, Pulong Gubat sa bayan ng Balagtas.

Pinangunahan ng mga kabataang Bulakenyo, mga mag-aaral, mga sundalo mula sa 70th Infantry (Matapat/Matatag) Batallion ng 7th Infantry (Kaugnay) Division ng Philippine Army, katuwang ang Department of Interior and Local Government DILG, at ilang kawani ng lokal na pamahalaan.

Bagama't bahagyang bumuhos ang ulan ang hindi ito naging hadlang sa mga kabataan at sundalo sa pagtatanim ng mga seedlings ng Narra, Calamansi, Durian at Rambutan.

Ang naturang programa ay salig sa Republic Act 10176, kung saan manmandato ng batas na ang bawat mamamamayan na may edad 12 anyos pataas ay kailangang magtanim ng mga puno.

PARA MATIYAK ANG KALIGTASAN NG MGA MAG -AARAL SA MALOLOS CITY BINIGYAN ITO NG METAL DETECTOR NG CITY GOVERNMENT.

NASA 120 units ng handheld metal ditector ang ipamamahagi ng City Government ng Malolos sa 54 na Paaralan sa lungsod.

Ito ang kauna-unahang pamamahagi ng Metal Detectors sa buong lalawigan ng Bulacan, na layuning matiyak ang kaligtasan ng mga estudyante.

Ayon kay Kuya City Mayor Atty.Christian D Natividad, nais nyang magkaroon ng kapanatagan at kapayapaan sa isipan ng mga estudyante at mga magulang.

Ito'y matapos ang karahasang naganap sa walang habas na pamamaril ng dalawang gunman na menor de edad sa isang eskwelahan sa Tacloban City sa lalawigan ng Leyte na ikanasawi ng 3 mag-aaral at ikinasugat ng 20 iba pa.

Unang binigyan ng 6 units ng metal detectors ang Marcelo H Del Pilar High School sa Brgy, Sta. Isabel.

Sumunod ang City of Malolos Integrated School sa Brgy, Sto. Rosario, na binigyan din ng 6 na Units ng metal detectors.

Kasunod ang 4 na units City of Malolos Integrated School sa Brgy, Catmon at 4 units din sa Barasoain Memorial Integrated School sa Brgy, Mojon.

Samantala tiniyak naman ni PCol.Jay Baybayan Acting PNP Provincial Director na nanatiling mataas ang kahandaan ng mga pulis kabilang ang WCPD sa buong probinsya upang protektahan ang mga estudyante.(TDA)

Graduating Students from NU Baliwag, Explore 1,278 Career Opportunities at SM City Baliwag Jobs Fair.

A total of 219 graduating students from NU Baliwag took a big leap towards their future careers as they participated in the Jobs Fair held at SM City Baliwag in partnership with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and the Public Employment Service Office (PESO).

The job fair provided a great opportunity for aspiring professionals to connect with potential employers and explore different industries and career paths.

Thirteen participating companies offered a combined total of 1,278 job openings, giving students a wide range of employment opportunities and the chance to find a position that best fits their skills and interests.

Applicants also benefited from the One-Stop Shop, where they were able to process employment-related requirements from agencies such as the Social Security System (SSS), PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG Fund, Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), and the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT).

Nilinaw sa publiko at stakeholders ng Philippine Army na gamitin ang wasto o tamang katawagan sa mga miyembro ng CAFGU Active Auxiliary sa bansa.

Binigyang-diin nito na ang terminong “National Guard” ay hindi pa opisyal na kinikilala sa ilalim ng mga umiiral na batas at patakaran ng Republika ng Pilipinas.

Ang CAFGU Active Auxiliary, ay nananatiling puwersang itinatag ng batas na kumikilos sa ilalim ng Armed Forces of the Philippines.

Kung saan patuloy din itong gumaganap ng mahalagang papel sa pagsuporta sa mga pagsisikap para sa kapayapaan at seguridad, lalo na sa mga lokal na komunidad at malalayong lugar.

Dagdag pa ng mga opisyal ng militar, na bagaman may mga naisagawang pag-aaral at pilot initiative noon kaugnay sa konsepto ng “National Guard,” wala pang pinal na desisyon para sa opisyal na pagpapatibay dito.
