Dear Catholics,

This coming Sunday, on the 8th day of Easter Octave, we’re celebrating Divine Mercy Sunday. It’s a day of Plenary Indulgence where we can obtain extraordinary grace.

As Jesus Himself delivered to St. Faustina Kowalska, “I desire that souls know My mercy.”

Divine Mercy is one of the largest grassroots devotions in Church history. I hope we get to participate and receive Jesus’ ocean of mercy.

This is still the best full body stretch routine for me! 🤍

I’ve been wobbling like a penguin for 3 days now. I know I can’t return to weights just yet, but I also needed to do something about my soreness. Halfway through this routine, and the tension started leaving my body. You can do this even when you’re very sore. I don’t know how Caroline does it, but she knows her science!

PS. This routine confirmed I’m still flexible! 🥹

20 Minute stretch... simply roll out your mat and relax. Great for when you feel tight, stiff or generally post any tough workout when you want a deeper stre...

Hindi nagsimula ang salvation story sa sabsaban — nagsimula ito sa isang “yes.”

When the Angel Gabriel appeared to Mary, hindi malinaw ang lahat. There was uncertainty. But she still said: “Be it done to me according to your word.”

Her fiat was quiet — but it changed everything.

Through this moment, we receive a truth the Church has long defended: Jesus is fully God and fully man, and Mary is truly the Mother of God.

Today’s jog humbled me. I stepped out way later than I typically do, so mainit na ang there were less people. Tbh, it’s the diversity of people that I find inspiring. So nung konti na lang ang runners, it felt a little dry. 🥹

I just did my best, and my best was 3km of jogging, the rest walking. Mahaba lang talaga ang Ayala Ave. kaya I was able to cover more distance.

Lesson learned: stick to the schedule! ⏳

I found another Lent movie on Netflix aside from Passion of Christ. It’s called “Risen.” It features Joseph of Arimathea (he owned the tomb where Jesus was buried) and Nicodemus (who helped in Jesus’ burial).

Joseph of Arimathea parallels St. Joseph’s character, Jesus’ earthly father. Joseph took care of Jesus growing up, and another Joseph buried Him after His death. Joseph of Arimathea was also said to have taken care of Mary thereafter.
