Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager with basic web development skills to help grow our travel and wellness brand online. You will be responsible for:
1. Managing our social media presence (Facebook & Instagram), creating engaging content, and
2. Developing a functional, aesthetically pleasing website that aligns with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute a content strategy for Facebook and Instagram to increase engagement and followers, building an active community.
- Create visually appealing and engaging posts (graphics, reels, stories, etc.) that reflect our travel and wellness niche.
- Plan and create engaging graphics, captions, and story content.
- Schedule and publish content consistently.
- Monitor and respond to comments/messages to foster community engagement.
- Suggest improvements to enhance our social media presence.

2. Website Development & Improvement:
- Build and optimize a professional website (using platforms like WordPress, Wix, or Shopify if needed) that aligns with our brand.
- Ensure the website is mobile-friendly, fast, and SEO-optimized.
- Link the website to our social media profiles for seamless traffic flow.
- Improve our existing URL, branding (logo, color scheme, messaging if needed).
- Set up basic analytics (Google Analytics) to track performance.

Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Facebook & Instagram for brands (portfolio/examples required).
- Ability to design and develop a website (experience with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar).
- Strong eye for design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other tools).
- Knowledge of basic SEO and content marketing is a plus.
- Familiarity with travel and wellness industry trends is a plus.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
