WATCH: President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. welcomes Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet on his first official visit to the Philippines. During their bilateral meeting in Malacanan, PBBM thanked King Norodom Sihamoni for granting a royal pardon to 13 Filipino surrogates arrested and convicted in Cambodia last year.
