👠 Lessons from Runway to Remote Work: The Devil Wears Prada 2 👠
Here are my top takeaways for my fellow MVP warriors:
1. Upskilling is our "Chanel Boots" 👢
In the movie, hindi sapat na marunong ka lang. You have to anticipate the needs.
2. Resilience: Keep the "Poker Face" Ready 😐
The Lesson: Huwag personalin ang feedback. In the mortgage industry, accuracy is everything. Be like Andy: absorb the pressure, turn it into excellence, and keep moving forward. Isang "That’s all" lang, tapos ang trabaho!
3. Never Give Up (Kahit 'Stormy' ang Market) ⛈️
The Lesson: Grit is our best asset. No matter how difficult the client or how "stuck" the loan application feels, don't quit. Re-strategize, ask for help, and push through. Success is sweeter when you've survived the "winter" of the process.
"Details are everything." – just as true for a fashion spread as it is for a 1003 Loan Application. ✍️
Sa lahat ng Mortgage Virtual Professionals na patuloy na nag-u-upskill at hindi sumusuko sa hirap ng trabaho: You are the real MVPs! Hindi man tayo naka-high heels habang nagta-trabaho, we are definitely slaying the mortgage game.
