๐Ÿ“Œ Shift is mostly Graveyard, but specific time will be given by your client as it depends on their time zone.

๐Ÿ“Œ At least 6 months to 1yr BPO solid experience; relevant exp should be within the past 3 years:
- Outbound Sales
- Inbound Sales (sales should be part of their main metrics)
- Upselling
- Appointment Setting
- Leads Generation
- B2B or B2C Calling Experience
- Prospecting
- Cold calling
- Telemarketing
- Retentions
- Social Media Marketing
- Email Management
- Data Entry and Management
- Other Executive Assistant/Administrative Tasks

- Main and back up laptop/desktop atleast i3 processor (at least 2600 CPU benchmark score) + 8GB RAM + 1GB HDD
