Sharing some snaps of "The Dragon of Shandon"
parade in Cork. It is truly one of a kind. 🐉

Held every Halloween night in the historic Shandon area, it celebrates the ancient Irish festival of Samhain, mixing old traditions with modern creativity. The star of the show? A massive 36-foot dragon made entirely of tape which is brought to life by local artists and volunteers. 🎭
It’s a community-driven event that brings together schools, groups, and locals after months of preparation. Free, inclusive, and filled with glowing puppets, music, and spooky fun. 🌙
More than just a Halloween parade, it’s a celebration of imagination, community, and Cork’s creative spirit. ✨🇮🇪

As the organisers say: “The Dragon of Shandon … belongs to the people of Cork.” ✨️

Early Halloween Treat para sa mag-ama ko 🎃👻

Char lang talaga ang ganap. Haha.
Since naka-clearance sale sa homestore ang mga halloween stuffs ay nagpabudol kami. Napabili ng placemat, table cloth at throw pillows kahit ang hanap lang naman ay toilet seat warmer. 🤣
(Reason : magagamit naman next year 🫣)

Sinubukan ko ring magluto ng Creamy Chicken Pastel with Pastry Crust at Cacio e pepe. 😋
Pasado naman kina Dada at Xexeboi. O baka no choice lang sila? 🤣

PS. Still looking for toilet seat warmer, baka may alam po kayo(taga-Cork). At salamat kay Eli sa mga Italian pasta dish recommendation. 😁
