Facts about Insurance claim processs:
1. For claims within 2 years
2yr- contestability period will be applied by all insurance companies
- process will take longer than policy claims beyond 2 years/ lampas na contestability since wla na investigation. If lampas na 2 years, submisison of complete requirements nalang.
2. Any claim process, meron requirements. Hindi gagalaw ang claim process if hindi complete nasusubmit ang mga requirements. Common reason yan for delay. So best to cooperate and submit.

3. Turn around time of claim process based on 2020 claims report:
Within 2 years - 25-45 days if complete requirements are submitted.
Beyond 2 years - 2 weeks or less if complete requirements are submitted.
