“Why I keep coming back to Halian, is really Halian, the community, and its people. I am doing all the things that I could for Halian because I want to help the community and I think the best way that I can is through providing educational support.”

Meet Ram Jaylo, a dedicated Filipino local who has been supporting the communities in the Philippines for many years. He is an activist and NGO volunteer, and he devotes much of his time to advocacy and outreach for his organization . Ram served as our collaborator and translator during our production in the Philippines, and he is a guiding light within the communities he reaches.
