To the moms who keep everything in…

Sometimes holding everything inside feels easier than explaining yourself over and over again. So you stay quiet. You keep going. You take care of everyone else first.

But deep down, you’re tired too.

Tired of carrying responsibilities no one notices.
Tired of giving your all and still feeling like it’s not enough.
Tired in a way sleep can’t fix.

And maybe today, you just need someone to ask:
“How are YOU doing, Mom?”

You do not have to pour everything out all at once. Even one honest sentence matters.

“I’m tired.”
“I feel unappreciated.”
“I need help too.”

Those are not signs of weakness.
They are signs that you’ve been strong for too long.

If this speaks to you, know that you are not alone. 🤍

Motherhood has a way of gently reopening old rooms inside you—places you thought you had already locked away.
Sometimes, in the quiet between feeding, crying, and holding little hands, you remember the parts of yourself that once loved too deeply, gave too freely, and were left carrying the weight of it alone. Old hurt doesn’t always return loudly—it comes softly, like memory in motion.
But then there is your child.
And something shifts.
You begin to understand that love was never the problem—only where it was placed, and how much of yourself you forgot to keep.
So you don’t go back to become who you were before the hurt.
You go back to understand her, to forgive her, and to gently carry her forward into the kind of love that feels safer now.
Because motherhood doesn’t erase the past.
It transforms it—
into wisdom,
into boundaries,
into a softer way of loving that finally includes yourself.

“But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’ Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong.” —2 Corinthians 12:9-10

I wish I could be a more present mom.
Not the kind who’s always rushing, always tired, always thinking about the next task… but the kind who sits a little longer, listens a little deeper, and doesn’t feel pulled in a hundred directions at once.
But here’s the truth I’m learning…
Being a present mom doesn’t mean being perfect. It doesn’t mean being available 24/7. It doesn’t mean never feeling overwhelmed.
Sometimes, being present looks like:
✨ A quick hug before heading out
✨ Listening to their stories even when you’re tired
✨ Choosing to put your phone down for a few minutes
✨ Showing up, even when your energy is low

To all the moms out there trying to balance everything — work, home, life, and still give love…
You are more present than you think.
Your effort, your sacrifices, your love — they are felt. And one day, your child won’t remember how busy you were…

They’ll remember how much you cared. 🤍

One day, expectations will turn into reality. 💪🏻
Hang in there, working momma. All the things you dream about—spending your day off pampering yourself: the relaxing whole-body massage, the therapeutic aroma, calming sounds, a warm cup of tea after, the head spa you’ve always wanted, the beach days, and slow, peaceful mornings—they will all be yours.
Keep working harder and smarter. Your time will come. 🌊✨

They say raising daughters is like tending a garden…
but no one tells you how much strength it takes to bloom while you’re still healing yourself.
I am not just raising two girls.
I am raising two future women who will one day walk into the world carrying pieces of my love, my lessons, and even my fears.
Every sleepless night, every sacrifice, every tear I wipe before they can see —
it’s all for them.
Because to me, they are not just my children.
They are my queens.
Queens who will know their worth.
Queens who will stand up after every fall.
Queens who will never question if they are loved — because they were raised in it.
Motherhood isn’t perfect.
Some days I feel strong.
Some days I feel like I’m barely holding it together.
But at the end of the day, when they call me “Mom,”
I know I’m exactly where I’m meant to be.
This is our story.
A story of love, resilience, and growing together — one day at a time. 💕
