Mayor, Hon. "Agila" Atty. Christian Natividad wins re-election bid without any challengers, as former Mayor Engr. Gilbert "Bebong" Gatchalian overtakes incumbent Vice Mayor Bautista in Vice Mayoral race.

He was previously challenged by Pastor Engr Eric Fernandez who elected to focus on campaigning for his former running-mate, former Mayor Bebong Gatchalian

It can be remembered that Vice Mayor-elect Gatchalian was Mayor of Malolos during the time of quarantine/pandemic, as the Mayor Hon. Atty. "Agila" Christian D. Natividad ran a gubernatorial campaign in which he lost.

Hon. Councilor Len Pineda, who has lost to incumbent Vice Mayor VICE Migs Tengco Bautista in the previous election cycle, has now returned as city councilor, having had a former Vice-Mayoral stint as Bautista's predecessor.

One of the youngest councilors, Hon. Poncho Arcega, has also been re-elected after placing 13th in the previous election cycle. His comeback marks a return to politics after a brief hiatus.

Congratulations to the other City Councilors for being able to win the hearts and minds of the Malolos voter.
