design and analysis, bill of quantities, specifications, and other

environmental restrictions and provisions. As a designer and builder our function will be stated in the

contract and agreement that is made and agreed upon by the owner

that is to implement and supply materials/tools/equipments,

supervision (providing technical details and working details)and

manage the project with professional skills and discipline from the start

(mobilization) up to finish (turn over activtion)

🪑 Have you ever prayed and felt like no one was listening?

There was an old man who struggled with prayer.
One day, a pastor told him, “Put an empty chair beside your bed. Imagine Jesus sitting there. Then talk to Him like a friend.”
From then on, prayer became real.
Not rehearsed. Not impressive. Just real.

Jesus is not asking you for perfect words.
He’s not interested in performance — He wants your presence.

📖 Matthew 6:6 reminds us that prayer is personal.
It’s not about sounding spiritual. It’s about being honest and present with Jesus.

Even when no one else is around — He is there.
📖 Psalm 139:8 says: “If I go up to the heavens, You are there. If I make my bed in the depths, You are there.”

And when life is near the end, those who walked with Jesus don’t panic — they go home with peace.
📖 Philippians 1:21 – “For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain.”

🗣️ Challenge for Today:
Put out a chair — not literally, but in your heart.
Talk to Jesus. Sit with Him. Walk with Him.
Because He is already sitting with you.

💬 “You don’t need perfect words.
You just need to be present.”
