Sa panahon kung kailan pilit tayong pinapalitan ng teknolohiya, gising na ang CAFA.
Gising ang sining na tunay.
At gising ang mga artistang hindi kailanman papayag mawala sa sariling entablado.

Pinipilit tayong ibaon ng AI, pero tayo,
babangon mula sa hukay, dala ang kulay, proseso, at kaluluwa na hindi kayang kopyahin ng kahit anong makina.

Ito ang panawagang hindi dapat patahimikin.
Ito ang laban na hindi dapat bitawan.
Ito ang paninindigan na hindi kayang i-render ng sinuman maliban sa atin.

At sa laban na ito, narito ang dalawang mukhang uugit sa apoy ng ating paninindigan...
hindi para sa palamuti, hindi para sa titulo,
kundi para katawanin ang boses ng CAFA na matatag, malikhain, at lumalaban.

IN PHOTOS | PAFNAM 2025 Commences with UAPSA-BulSU’s Collective Exhibit Showcase

As the nation marks National Architecture Month, the United Architects of the Philippines – Bulacan State University Chapter (UAPSA-BulSU) steps forward with pride to take part in a vibrant three-day celebration alongside UAP Barasaoin Chapter and UAPGA–Bulacan. This year’s Philippine Architecture Festival – National Architecture Month (PAFNAM) 2025 began its festivities by welcoming participants and visitors at Robinsons Place Malolos on Thursday, December 4.

The festival opened with a vibrant exhibit showcasing various architectural plates, scale models, and artworks created by architecture students from BulSU, along with contributions from the mother chapter.

Daniella Rose D.G. Camua, UAPSA-BulSU Chapter President, shared the collaborative spirit behind the event’s preparation. “We prepared for this exhibit and the entire event with the support and strong leadership of our mother chapter, UAP Barasoain. Their guidance helped us coordinate smoothly and align everything with the overall program.”

She emphasized that the success of the exhibit was made possible through the dedication of the entire UAPSA-BulSU community, including both the officers and members. She added, “On our end, I also reached out to UAPSA-BulSU members who were interested in showcasing their creative works, including scale models and plates, both digital and manual. It is truly a collective effort and we are grateful for everyone who contributed.”

The event continues tomorrow at the same venue with a lineup of distinguished speakers: Ar. Anjo Malabana, UAP; Ar. Dax Tapat, UAP; and Ar. Isiah Magno, UAP, who will share their expertise and insights with the participants. | via Atasha Sabusap, CAFA Sketch

HAPPENING NOW | The Philippine Architecture Festival – National Architecture Month (PAFNAM) 2025 is officially in full swing as it opened its first day today at Robinsons Place Malolos on Thursday, December 4.

Day 1 began with a motorcade from Malolos City Hall to Robinsons Malolos from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM followed by the assembly at Level 1 Grand Canopy. The Opening Ceremony will take place later at Level 4 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with a seminar scheduled this afternoon at the same venue.
