It’s hard to find the right words to say goodbye to someone who brought so much happiness to the people around him.

We are deeply saddened by the passing of our dear model, teammate, and friend, Jacob Aaron Polintan. You were someone who could easily make people smile, and the memories, laughter, and moments we shared with you will always have a special place in our hearts.

We may no longer see you beside us, but your presence and the memories you left behind will always remain.

Rest peacefully, Jacob. We hope you are now in a place of peace, reunited with the loved ones who went before you. 🕊️

You will be deeply missed and forever remembered by your Team GP family.

Sa bawat paghataw ng lambat at paggawaan ng sagwan sa ilog, bitbit ang sigasig ng bawat mamamayan ng San Rafael, Bulacan. Ang pangingisda kaugnay nito ay hindi lamang simbolo ng masaganang huli mula sa ating mga tubig, kundi pagpaparang sa sipag, tiyaga, at dangal ng ating mga mangingisda at magsasaka.

Tulad ng pagsikat ng gintong araw sa araw-araw na paghahanapbuhay, patuloy nating ipagmamalaki ang ating likas na yaman, kultura, at kasaysayan.
