After much reflection, we’ve decided to step away indefinitely from posting content on this platform with Casa Okana. Taking a break from social media feels necessary for us right now. More and more, I find myself out of sync with the pressure to constantly produce content dictated by the algorithm. That approach has never felt true to us, and I no longer feel aligned with it. Unfortunately, when you don’t keep up, your content doesn’t perform as it once did, creating a never ending cycle.
So, we’re stepping away from Instagram and all other social media to focus on our personal lives and projects. We are deeply grateful for the connections and friendships made here—whether they turned into real-life friendships (you know who you are) or remained virtual, the sense of community has meant so much. Thank you also to our wonderful clients from the time our studio was open—we truly appreciate your support.
For now, we’re closing this chapter on a positive note. 🤍
