Ang lisensya garbo sa pamilya, pero sa tinuod lnga parehas ra gihapon ta sa uban nga naningkamot, nag-apply ug nag antos sa pressure adlaw-adlaw. Dili 'magic wand' ang titulo nga mohatag dayon og kahayahay. Mas nidako pa gani ang pressure kay daghan na og mata nga nagtan aw ug nagpaabot sa imong sunod nga lakang.

Respeto sa tanang professionals nga bisan lisensyado na, padayon gihapon nga nagmapainubsanon ug naningkamot sa tinuod nga dagan sa kinabuhi. Laban lang ta, kay ang tinuod nga kalamposan dili makita sa titulo, kundi sa kasingkasing nga dili mosurender bisan unsa pa kalisod ang reyalidad.

Becoming part of the PNP is never easy. I know you gave your time, effort, and dedication to pass and it truly hurts when things don’t go the way you hoped. But remember this: failure is not the end; it’s the beginning of a stronger version of you.

Many of the officers serving today once stood where you are now disappointed, frustrated, and heartbroken. But they didn’t stop. They used their failure as fuel to improve themselves, to train harder, and to come back wiser. A true warrior isn’t measured by how many times they win, but by how many times they rise after falling.

So don’t lose that fire in your heart. If this is truly your calling, keep going. Prepare again, strengthen your body, sharpen your mind, and most of all, keep your faith strong. Maybe life isn’t saying “no maybe it’s just saying, “not yet.”

One day, you’ll look back and say, “I’m glad I didn’t give up.” Because when your time finally comes, all the pain, effort, and patience will make sense. Your badge will not only represent your service it will stand for your resilience and heart. 💙🇵🇭
