WATCH: Resigned Ako Bicol Rep. Elizaldy Co sends "Part 1" of a seeming tell-all video to reporters where he implicated President Marcos Jr. and former Speaker Martin Romualdez in the anomalies surrounding the 2025 budget.
Co, who has been in hiding in the United States since the start of the 20th Congress, made the following allegations.
Co also sent a list of projects that were supposedly inserted into the 2025 budget at the behest of the Office of the President. Many of the contractors here are the same ones the President named in his press con last August announcing his crackdown on corruption.
