Life isn’t a race, and you don’t have to be everything all at once. It’s easy to get caught up in the pressure of constantly achieving, constantly proving, constantly becoming. But real growth takes time. You are allowed to move at your own pace, to breathe, to rest. Rushing through life won’t make you more worthy—it only makes you more exhausted.

Trust that you are enough, even in the moments when you feel like you’re not doing enough. The version of you that is still figuring things out is just as valuable as the version of you that has it all together. Keep going, but give yourself grace. You’re allowed to take your time.
