Here's my ALL-NATURAL alternative to Strepsils! 🍃

This TENCHA LOZENGE has been giving me relief from my sore throat the past few days. 😌

This throat soother have been long patronized by voice actors and singers alike in Japan because one lozenge can provide a soothing, refreshing, and moisturizing effect to the throat.

This menthol relieves nasal congestion and sore throat. It's like a toned down version of Strepsils but it does work! 💯

Tencha is a Japanese Green Tea which is one of the key ingredient to this 'candy'. Other helpful ingredients contained here are mint, peppermint, menthol, eucalytpus, ginger extract, sweet hydrangea leaf extract and glycyrrhiza extract.

It like the mix of menthol + mild herbal taste. It's not super minty so it doesn't make me sneeze *unlike strepsils, todo bahing ako haha!* Best part is it's sugar free!

I got this for ₱230 originally, but it's now only ₱138 in Lazada because of a sale.

Keeping this a staple in our medicine kit! 😷

I finally found a solution sa ingay nang construction sa kapitbahay namin 😖➖ EAR PLUGS!!! 🎧

I got these New Bee SE11 EAR PLUGS cause I can no longer get good sleep dahil 8AM pa lang, nagsisimula na yung pag di-drill sa kapitbahay. Sira talaga yung tulog ko! 😓
I also can't focus while working from home cause whole day din yung noise from 8AM to 10PM pa. Huhu! 😭

These earplugs are effective for noise reduction.
It doesn't eliminate sound 100%, but it's so much better than not wearing any. 💯
They’re very comfortable, pain-free, and doesn't fall out easily.

Hinintay ko talaga mag-dilim so I can post the evening shot of my mini home project right now which is my 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗲 𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸. 👡

I'm going for a retro theme *sana ma-achieve* 🤞🏻so I started off by buying a shoe rack with a retro accent 🏁😉

Found an affordable 9-layered shoe rack with a cute checkered design in Laz. It's made with plastic so it could be wobbly. 😬
Good thing it came with 2 double-sided adhesive tapes that can be sticked to the wall para hindi basta basta matumba and make it more steady.
No sweat yung pag-assemble and the material is easy to wipe and clean. ✨
I only store lightweight foot wear like sandals and slippers here. Cute naman!

The main shoe cabinet is from Ikea 〰️MAKAPAR.
Ito matibay talaga! I got it on sale for ₱5990, originally at ₱6990. 🤍

What can I add pa kaya para mas magkaron ng buhay yung entryway ko? 🤔

NEW JEANS 🐰 x LINE Friends 💚 Pop-up Store

📍SM Megamall (Fashion Hall)

Finally got the chance to visit my ultimate girl group's pop up store in partnership with LINE! 🥹 *crying*

I went on a weekday (specifically Wednesday) at around 4/5PM and there were no lines at all!
I heard queue can take up to two hours during weekends so I highly recommend dropping by on a weekday. ✨

I took photos of the merch rate card btw!
Sadly though, the ones I was hoping to purchase were all sold out. There will be more merch coming soon so I will definitely go back.

📆 The pop up store will be here until December 23, 2023 only!
