Kundi dagdag responsibilidad.

Yung akala mong good job = good reward…
Biglang good job = kaya mo pa siguro dagdagan.

At minsan, yung tahimik na nagtatrabaho,
yun pa yung laging nauutusan.
Hindi dahil sila lang ang magaling,
kundi dahil sila yung hindi marunong tumanggi.

Reminder lang:
Hard work should lead to growth, not burnout.
Recognition, not exhaustion.
Value, not abuse.

Trabaho ka, pero huwag mong kalimutan:
