UAAP - CIGNAL TV: PARTNERS BEYOND 88 🤝

Cignal TV and the UAAP will continue to join forces for the foreseeable future following a contract signing held inside the Buenaventura Garcia Paredes, O.P. Building, at the University of Santo Tomas, Season 88 host school.

Cignal TV will remain as the official broadcaster of the UAAP from Season 89 (2026-27) to 93 (2031-32) on its platforms; One Sports, the UAAP Varsity Channel, and the Pilipinas Live app — extending the current five-year deal which ends after Season 88 in 2026.

Cignal Executives — led by MediaQuest and Cignal President and CEO Jane Jimenez-Basas, the UAAP Committee — led by Executive Director Atty. Rebo Saguisag, and UST Officials — led by university Rector Very Rev. Fr. Richard G. Ang, O.P., PhD and Season 88 President & UST’s Institute of Physical Education and Athletics Director Fr. Rodel Cansancio, O.P. all attended this momentous occasion.
